I have a team of 7 staff, it depends on who is working while the video is being shot some prefer to use and others prefer not to. If you check old videos I'm sure you'll find turntables but it's not a necessity especially for fondant ❤

We usually knead in a lot of powdered icing sugar and a bit of CMC powder when necessary

Not everytime, sometimes we crumbcoat with just buttercream

The cake is filled and crumboated with buttercream! That was literally the first thing mentioned in the video. Cheers!
