Ultimate Survivor: Jesse Chavez Edition! They really ought to make a new award for whichever player is luckiest/unluckiest, traded the most, takes it like a champ, whatever...and have Uncle Jesse deliver it at the end of the season.
In the theme of this video, I think randy johnson could also be a fun video. Despite being the best or second best pitcher ever, he was traded like 4 times
I think you should add up all the WAR of the people Chavez was traded for while they were on that team and compare it to Chavez's career WAR. See if Chavez contributed more to MLB or the guys he was traded for to those teams.
I know I said the Carlos Gonzalez trade that just is loaded with young stars was one I wanted to see, but a few other good ones would be the CC Sabathia from the Indians to the Brewers (with Michael Brantley going the other way) and the Rich Harden from the A's to the Cubs (that had Josh Donaldson going the other way), and they took part 1 day apart.
@4:40 For those who want to know his stats for the 2012 Blue Jays: BWAR: -0.8 iiNNINGS: 21.1 Fgames: 9 Gs: 2 W-L: 1-1 SO: 27 WHIP: 1.641 FIP: 5.91 ERA: 8.44 ERA+: 51
Jesse Chavez Mexican American L.A. native Dodger fan at heart, is like a Swiss Army knife ages well like fine wine and can still throw that slider that moves than a military family.
@@zeeks23 Ok; thanks again 4 the reminder. Funny that u mentioned Cam Maybin. He had 3 different stints w/the Detroit Tigers (I'm from Detroit, MI). I 4got that Maybin was traded 9x. W/that said; he was a key player in the Miggy Cabrera deal back in 2008.
A BRAVES LEGEND!!! Braves fans absolutely love Chavez. He was huge in the Braves World Series run
Gregor Blanco was a better Brave mainly because I could remember he was even on the field

Keep these videos up, they’re super entertaining to watch, it’s been fun watching your channel pop off!
Really interesting videos. Definitely an underrated channel that deserves more subs.
Honestly, after getting recommended your channel, I assumed you’d have a lot more subscribers, this is great content.
Crazy value on some of these trades. Thanks for the breakdown

He’s top 5 but definitely not 1 or 2
@@michaelsmith-fe7rydrop your crack pipe
*Best or second-best lefty. Not pitcher.
This guy helps me on the grid lmao
Man the JJ hardy to Minnesota tree would be awesome, been 10+ years and it’s still going strong

Here's an video suggestion: The biggest (most players involved) Trade(s)

I feel like in the graphic u show stats u should add in a defense metric then for pitchers add in per 9s maybe

Uncle Jesse! Absolute legend. Bring him back for one more WS. Come on AA I know you’re watching g.
Done and done!
Chavez is like Chavez from Young Guns. He’s a what Billy the Kid calls a ‘Pal”. Plays Absolutely Lousy for every team not named the Braves.

Lambda Chi!
He's joined the White Sox on a minor league contract
Can he return to MLB?
I think he will. The White Sox don't have a deep bullpen so I wouldn't be surprised to see him earn a spot in spring training.
Stunk it up on the Sox, got released and now he’s back on the braves killing it with an ERA a little north of 1 😂 man’s a legend
WOW!!!!! I thought that record belonged 2 Bobby Bonds (I believe that he was traded 8 times).
Bobby Bonds may have had the record at one point. I know the current 2nd place is Cameron Maybin who was traded 9x.
