Thanks I learnt this head roll for a dance music video I am creating. I've done it before though needed to relearn thanks heaps, after lots of practice getting it got it!

My necks getting lots of after stretching, usually an indication I need to align my posture during. @@ajscelestemusic8364 Yes stretching is good - before and after. I do neck strengthening exercises (see my conditioning workout playlist) which has made a massive difference as I used to get a lot of neck pain due to poor posture. Can't wait to see the video! Good luck xx
