Really enjoying this. I am a big fan of Ann Cleeves. Love her work. Loving your channel. Thank-you for uploading so many enjoyable and entertaining radio dramas. Very much appreciated.
I've come late to the old radio drama sites partly because BBC radio has reduced its drama plays output so much. We've gone from 90 mins to 45 mins and sometimes 15 minutes. I'm hungry for good radio plays, ❤so finding these sites is like finding gold nuggets
I agree. I love radio plays but as they’ve got shorter they’ve lost complexity and got thinner - they just can’t satisfy like the older radio drama which had the space to develop and build.
If there are anymore of these could you please dowload them. Really enjoyed listening too this whilst cleaning the kitchen. Thank you so much for your hardwork it really is appreciated.
Thanks Arch, Great to have these stories to listen to while I'm painting, down here on my Southern Hebrides island. No cliffs on my beach but I'm sure that there are skeletons in the local closets! 💀💀💀
I struggled a bit with the accents as my hearing is not what it once was. It was an interesting story, but I had to read the transcript to fully understand.
She asks are you alright ? As he slumps over a chair. Now you see my friends, he now, had a cleaver brutally chopped- in the left side of his throat. Ironically just below his Adam's apple of his neck. Mr. Rodney will no, longer breathe another breath. He was quietly attacked from behind with such violence. At 22 years of age his life really never started.. When you're young, sometimes you don't think before you speak verbal mistakes sometimes will live on for decades, but sometimes it comes to bite you in the ass So, everyone, Take it as a warning to go to an art showing to this artist. Good night, I hope all of you sleep well with a cleaver to make you think you will sleep well.?
Now to the owner of this channel " thinking out louder " By dubbing video and making it longer for the time period : HOW MANY TIMES ON THIS PLAY IS THAT. - - YOUNG KID - - YOUNG MAN ARE THEY, " IN THE PLAY, " GOING TO FIND HIM DEAD ?
No Cliche left unused . Characters flimsier than cardboard and dialogue cringeworthy . But.....apart from that . ?? At least it was more entertaining than Dancing on Ice. ( a fairly low bar I admit ! ).

Arch - any chance you might upload BBC Drama “Paradise” (Nick Warburton) ?
Brilliant
Good to have a play set in Scotland, showing something of the culture.
Life rule - don't invite Northerners to your gallery opening !
I must have mised an implied resolution.
Can’t hide forever when you are on the run🤨
I struggled a bit with the accents as my hearing is not what it once was. It was an interesting story, but I had to read the transcript to fully understand.
Cor Jimmy Perez 💗💕💗
This one is a bit unfocussed and hard to get excited about.
Love this as it reminds me of Hamish MacBeth 😂
