There's some good songs though.
It's better than Strangeland and Night Train, on the same level as Perfect Symmetry. Definitely not better than Hopes & Fears and Under the Iron Sea, those 2 are untouchable.

You're Not Home is a sequel song.
I've finaly figured this song out. This is probably one of Keane's most terrifying songs, as it is unknowingly a sequel to an earlier song of theirs, Atlantic.
In Atlantic, the main character of the song (or Tim) keeps saying "I don't wanna be old and sleep alone. An empty house is not a home". In You're Not Home, the lyrics imply that they are begging to see that exactly what they were afraid of most is finaly happening.
Scary stuff bro.
I love this song and album so much. This album is like a divine revelation seeing me through the cold downland to the beautiful promised land on the other side. These songs speak to me so much.

Be patience folks, this new album is a really a surprise masterpiece. It smooth/slow/surprising/medium. I believe Keane needed to do this because their past songs and live performance were epic and fast and visionary. This album will get them ready to write the next album - which will be the best of the best. I believe KEANE got some crazy fast sublime songs coming up IN THE THEIR NEXT ALBUMN.... don't worry folks, it's the circle life of being a great band MUSIC COMPOSER like KEANE.
