Absolute chills such an amazing song with such an amazing voice
I fell in love with his voice from the instant I first heard him. He and the rest of Keane restored my faith in music at a time when I was burned out on all the fakery and lack of talent. They also restored passion to my own music, as an amateur, wannabe singer. Years ago when Keane was not quite the worldwide sensation they became, a friend of mine went to a smaller concert. I had sent to her a CD I'd made of myself. I think it was, "Till There Was You", from a voice recital I did. I also included a note saying pretty much what I'm saying here. I had very little hope it would get to them. But she did say she gave it to someone behind the scenes, maybe working the merch table or something. Again, I hold little hope they ever actually received it, much less bothered to read/listen. But I like to hope they did. They impacted my life in a huge way and I just wanted to thank them.
I have no words to describe the feeling I got while watching this. Tom, you're such a talented and unique guy. I'm so glad you're amongst us. Sending you love. El😘
