My starters are always artemis and charon. Cerberus is always a good choice though

@@angel__king yeah but man if you do that build Dio will fucking refuse to give you his special for like 30 runs in a row and Aphrodite won't even bother giving her attack. But if you get that run, especially with their duo boon and the dionysus/ares duo, good lord will you melt bosses. (in my very first aspect of chiron run, I got all that and the daedalus up grade that shoots+4 arrows on the special. it was the closest I got to beating Hades yet. First time I beat Elysium. But since then I cannot even get the Dio special anymore with the bow)

Yes would love a whole play-through of this to be honest. I imagine the chat backseats like crazy but you can't really avoid that lol. I'd love to see more of your boon choices instead of skipping them

flats it's a rougelike of course you're going to be playing the game over and over again even after you "beat" it. and with this game it's absolutely worth completing the story
I mean if he doesn't find it fun to play the game over and over then he doesn't find it fun, idk what you want.
worth it for you maybe but some people have better things to do then have to play multiple repetitive runs even after beating it once

@@okamikai218 I know what rogue-likes are, I've played them before this game was even announced. I'm just pissed of that SG sat on this trend and I have to play 3x usual amount of time to experience the story. And it's not even as good of a story then how it was before :(

12:55, that was your FIFTH RUN? I was stuck in Asphodel for the longest time meanwhile you hit the 3rd boss in 5 runs. I'm impressed.
to be fair once you get past meg, asphodel and lernie aren't so bad

elysium is an absolute health sink for me. no matter how good my run, I can do the Hades fight hitless, but those damn shield guys and the chariots are the bane of my existence

Was a lucky run, and I got to like 20 hp
After that it was a walk in the park

I love this game very dearly, I played it through all pandemics and I have a lot of nostalgic feelings about that time when I was gaming all day long to complete the story

just a little detail/tip that might help
For stuff like the bow or minotaur shot for the shield that have a perfect shot system, there will be like a charge or energy ball that will start to form at the front of your weapon. When all those particles come together, that's when the perfect shot frame happens and then you'll glow and there is a sound cue.
Also the flame wheels (the mini carts that explode in elysium) count as projectiles when they explode so if you end them with deflect, you won't take damage
And respectfully, minotaur shot is better than piercing charge
Love to see my favorite overwatch streamer putting out great variety content and experiencing another of my favorite games. You're the man Flats. We love having you as a prominent member of the Overwatch community, but you for sure deserve a break every now and then. Hope people continue to support the variety content

Glad you're doing more variety content. I know it won't get as many views at first (just because of the target audience) but I think a lot of people are just sick of OW at this point and this should help broaden your audience out for when OW inevitably ends up on maintenance mode.

I remember the first time I played this, my friend was already halfway through completing it when I got my own copy. He’s a beast and has at least 95% it by now after we looked up some of the side quests. Anyways prepare for a lot of deaths and pain but a nice story and characters

it's always a pleasure to watch someone play Hades for the first time. This game is a masterpiece, an absolute experience. The art, the gameplay, everything is beautiful, but MAINLY the soundtrack. Darren Korb is an absolute monster of a composer who can lure you into every fight with the perfect music and soundtrack dynamic for that moment. Would love more Hades content!

Will this vod be uploaded to More Flats? Would love to watch the entire playthrough here (and a full full playthrough). I’d really recommend going back to it and grinding out the 10 escapes for the ending. When you learn what synthesizes together in the best way you become nearly unstoppable and it’s just a fun game of figuring out how far you can min max. The runs become a lot shorter too. I average around 25-27 minutes for each one. It becomes extremely satisfying and the pact of punishment can make runs even more fun! Also also the ending is really sweet and the epilogue makes it even better. Worth. Probably my favorite roguelike ever.

I also just started playing this game this week. Man, it is SO GOOD. Ive been playing it for like 4 days straight now. I love that you're branching out and playing more fun games. Hades has a surprisingly deep and really good story. Keep playing flats, please! Overwatch gets SO BORING.
Also, even though hes kinda a dick, I love Hades himself. And Dusa ❤ Meg is bae tho.

He didn’t saw shit about the “OP” strat, heres my base OP strat:
-Sword (max spect of nemesis, for those good old crits, remember those, the whole strat goes round of the crits)
-Pick the Hermes gift, that une feather, take it to the max (the lvl of the gift AND the % (you REALLY need the max number of dodge percentage, thats the only defense you’ll be using)(speedrun go brr)
-use the Dionysus base attack (no, the poison wont do crits, bit you be hitting a lot pf crits + poison) (you can use the Demeter one if you want them to be slower, less dmg but easier to attack) OR you can use the Ares base atk (ONLY IF you have “Dire misfortune” boom)
-use the Artemis special atk (you can use Zeus if you want), thats important cuz you’ll be REALLY smashing this “heavy atk” button, and its great to stack dmg quickly
-Use the artemis shot (the true shot one) to deal MORE CRITS and use that dark mirror upgrade to make enemies with shots stuck receive more dmg (you basically have an roaming ballistic missile)
-Athena dodge, the only REAL dodge available, do i really need to say more?
-Zeus aid , only use it at the max lvl (Thor go brr)
And the other stuff (trust me its useful)(they’re not obligated but recommended)

-exit wounds
-hide breaker
-clean kill
-hunter’s mark
-support fire
>Athena (they aren’t broken at all, but if have the conditions, use these)

Just commenting on the title, nothing else. If you’ve played Diablo three with the demon hunter. There’s a ninety percent chance you make, and play as reaper for a solid 50% of the game. That strafing move is stupidly good.

You need to unlock the rest of the weapons tho
The strat is taking a bit of a break, letting your thumb recover, maybe a lil bit of off stream playing if you feel like it, but make sure at least that last run is live ofc, pace yourself and enjoy the ride
