Yes Vortix did really well. But mostly thanks to his allies where Chinesse player went p.s. and broought him some deers to his base and Abbasid gave him his sheeps. Trust me that helps A LOT. Meanwhile enemy HRE was harrased by (again) Abbasid player and forced him to do p.s. by himself. Thats a huuuuge delay of imperial which is super-crucial in HRE case - Combination of all of this decided this game even before 10 min mark. Amazing job from Vortix teammates!
Another point: Beasty doesnt know ho to trade properly and how to get gold already on his first road to market instead of second. No chance for them to win in such a scenario.
After one video you became my favorite caster, and I am not even playing aoe4 :D keep up the good work if you have fun, but also take a break if you need one!
Aoe4 should try to make more innovative tournaments to make them more interesting. Utilising the fact it is a more modern game and game engine to support such things. I think they should try: • Open entry tournaments to the regular player base. I would say reward them with a pass to the next expansion/online currency to buy the next expansion. This is low investment for lots of content. Plus, it means high-activity players are unlikely to leave the game for financial reasons, making the online matchmaking system work better. Plus, it avoids every win being down to high irl coordination not applicable to most games. That is fine for some tournaments, but it would be annoying to determine all of them. • Interesting maps. The maps seem to lack diversity in playstyle, with the only major difference being is there water or not. The other things are so minor they only slightly alter strategy. I would like to see more eccentric maps, even adding in non-terrain features, like special non-player units and buildings. Even with more primitive technology Aoe2 has maps like Nomad, Migration, Arena, Black Forest, , maps with terrain both ships and land units can walk on, and Enclosed. All of which are much more different from normal than any of the maps in this tournament. • Interesting matches. I would love to see things like a 1 vs 1 played as a 2 vs 2 with 1 player on each team being an AI 🤖. Keeping things different keeps things fresh and keeps innovation a part of gameplay strategy. Which keeps it fun.
I'm a noob with nooby questions. Please dont burn me alive. 1. Why they make multiple markets? Since a single market can handle many traders. Better conversion rates?? Or just creating traders faster?? 2. Why BeastyQ traders trade with the long route? Why not the shortest route possible for quickest return? The marketplace is literally next to his markets. I Would be grateful to anyone cares to explain.
Yes because companies typically pay 70 billion for IP to kill that IP. SC2 is much bigger than aoe4 and if anything, I'm worried about about them investing far more in that than aoe4 going forward.
@@definitelynotthecia4998 Microsoft has so far left the development teams alone when they aquire them, giving them time and resources to develop and finish the games they are making. A very hands off approach. And they paid 70 billion for the hole company, the Starcraft IP maybe has a value of less than half a billion in that investment.
Don't be daft, what is there even to kill, development on SC2 ended a while ago. They can all coexist and Microsoft can reap the rewards, there's room in the market.
@@HeloisGevit You are being naive; that's corporate takeover 101. But I was mostly throwing food for thought out there; Microsoft is too big to pull out scummy moves like that. On the plus side the new AoE4 patch looks promising :)
Don't lose motivation Drongo we love your videos; you're becoming a legend in aoe casting!
2yrs later and he still is 😂
@@zaitzeifgameplay767 True. I think beastyqt and drongo carry the community with their content
Drongo, your commentary is killer, your voice is amazing and the emphasis and excitement keeps me coming back. Keep up the amazing casts!
Demuslim, recon and beasty were just outmatched. Vortix’s HRE is insane!

The thing is their teammate was always behind, team gap.
just in case you didn't realize, vortix was cheating but no one noticed
'Another spear coming up the rear' - that's got to be painful ROFL
Came to the comments for this
sware to god the best caster ive ever seen, hes always fun even in boring plays.
Vortix team is ridiculous, complete domination thru the whole tournament
I mean every player on that team is kinda insane
they'r cheating trust me
There is always a fine line between eco and aggressive plays,
Who farted between 7:05 and 7:06? lol

you guys casting is excellent
Poor Demuslim - always knocked out first in this series.
Problem is, how the heck do you divide $20,000 three ways? lol
Mista won the game INSANE!
Slinging or pooling resources is stupid in SC2 and it's more stupid in AoE4 where you get massive power spikes from aging up and building wonders.
Love this casting
Great Tournament!!!
just heard about u casting n4c! awesome news, really looking forward to this event.
What does n4c stand for?
@@WadeWSoho originally it was "NUC" nilis apartment cup, but now it´s n4c, because of aoe4

You get more gold the further away it is
@@Comfarol didn't know that. Thanks!
@@MohRidwanWidiyana0_o probably with 4 markets you can pump out traders faster
Beastys team was totally dominated these last few games. They had some really bad plans and strategies.
i just don't get it, DeMuslim and Beasty are so good on 1 vs 1 matches but they suck on teammatches, just wow
hun accent :D Bojler eladó
"primary colors" could not manage RGB ey?
There's no green in the primary colors.
Can barely hear that other guy
One is might be pro the other team tried to be copycats but noobs all !! Fcking kidding me !!! İs this Real pro league ....
Now that Microsoft has bought Blizzard; they got monopoly over RTS. I wonder if they will kill SC2 to pump AoE4.
Yes because companies typically pay 70 billion for IP to kill that IP. SC2 is much bigger than aoe4 and if anything, I'm worried about about them investing far more in that than aoe4 going forward.
SC1 and 2 are allready dead outside of Korea.
