the part from 1:30 to 2:10... I just couldn't believe my eyes. This is insane managing to dissociate both hands like that, AND THEN using both to play the chords. Absolutely wonderful work!
I’ve never seen such skill before. I salute you, you’re amazing on so many levels. I think everyone who is a fan of Yes should see this. Just incredible...
Unmatched piano cover of the song. Love the additional harmonization and different lines you incorporated during those pentatonic runs and also in other parts of the song. That last part around the 10 minute mark ("Love comes to you...") is just mesmerizing. I imagine Rick Wakeman approving with admiration while watching/listening to this. Thanks once again.
Woooaa!! This has been as incredible to watch as emotional to listen! I have no words to express the surprise and the admiration for this rendition and its hypnotizing execution! Bravissimo. David Bruce said you were talented, but I couldn't imagine this!
Goodness gracious absolutely FANTASTIC playing!! Incredibly moving and engaging. What a fantastic, technically precise, nuanced, dynamic player you are...absolutely beautiful interpretation!!
Okay, this is sick! This is so unbelievable there are no words! Your playing ability is surreal! I am left in shock! Bravo, Bravo, Magnificent! Hats off too you! The way you structured this notation wise is absolutely amazing! Your playing level is beyond mastery! Thank you for posting this!
Wowww👍👍👏...prog-rock: a blend of practically every genre, be it rock, classic, jazz...name it! Anderson, Squire, Howe, Bruford, Wakeman were true music genius'...not to mention Ahmed Ertegun from Atlantic Records, the Businessman who dared to record & market this material!
omg look at his hands at around 6:30 to around 6:50 i dont play piano, and i dont know how hands should look while playing songs but it doesnt even look like human movements, this guys is amazing
@3pizza43 Haha! I assure you that I'm human! I think pianist's hands often look like this - it's just that most people don't get to see them at this angle so often!
love all the substitution chords. someone should send this to wakeman to show him how a proper piano only version of yes should be done. his close to the edge is pretty weakesauce
@George Young It took so long to transcribe & arrange.... and yes, it's a bit of a roast to play this one, but I'm glad it seems to be going down well despite the many changes I have made to the original.
@@AsWellYouShould I wasn’t expecting all the substitutions but I really love this cover still. A direct transcription wouldn’t have been as appreciated by all the commenters but I would like to hear it that way too
This deserves to be seen by every Yes fan ever

WHAT HOW
That must have been a difficult one to transcribe, let alone perform. I bet your hands get cramped after that little ditty.

The alternating pattern around 2:21 is pretty inventive and a great embellishment.

Thanks, George! I'm glad you liked it!
