11:20 *Aaaaarghh.* Quill, first you get the *barbarian camp spawning sound*, then you have the *barbarian camp* in the middle of your screen for more than a minute before you notice. It's right there! There is the sound to warn you.

It was a joke based on the grade system. A, B, C, D, and F...
Though it could be applied to the ineffectiveness of the education system to even be able to teach the alphabet. It's a multi-layered joke. Brilliant craftsman ship.
I never understood this what is the point of being mapping pins jihadist when everything is around, but i guess some people do it because it's streaming.

Watching quill look at chat following with the sigh after noticing the barbarian encampment was the highlight of this stream
I like how one of his scouts was all like "Heya, Barbarians! Let me show you where Teddy lives! :D"
i find it funny that he's always completely oblivious to the barbarian camps that pop up on the map.
When you met the Americans I noticed how much you look like Teddy.
I mean, Scythia cranks out cav units two at a time. It's why I love playing them. You go from having no army, to so much cavalry you can't afford the maintenance in just a few turn, especially if all of your cities are focused on that.
Spent more time looking at your t-shirt than anywhere else. It was like static. Yes, I am easily amused.

really like this serie so far.
there is no "E" letter grade because "E" was used for the pass/fail or "general behavior" subjects like "cooperation". - excellent & unsatisfactory.
You can turn off autoselecting units in "C:\Users\\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\UserOptions.txt"

When you turn Civ into a bulletin board
if horses is within 5 tiles of a barb camp they get horse units, but does this apply with any horse resource? how about this case where the horse is within the city's tiles?
I actually found out TODAY(my today) that it DOES count horses inside city limits!
have you done Island map yet? Can you? please?
should have built holy site where the farm is so you could build a campus to the left and got adjacency bonus from mountain and distric.
Oh no, not a Farm!!! However will he make a Builder and use it to remove the Farm so he could do this?!
Whether of not he ACTUALLY did do this is irrelevant as this IS something that you CAN do! In fact there are frequent times when I will Farm, Mine, or Quarry a tile to get a boost but then remove it later. Spending the charges to build those is worth a eureka to me!
Only complaint is I wish we could see your turn count :c
Quill, I notice the auto unit cycle is giving you trouble. Shenryyr had it disabled on some of his recent streams. Apparently it is possible to do so by editing a value on the .ini file. The proccess is described here: www.reddit.com/r/Yogscast/comments/58lso8/how_to_disable_auto_unit_cycle_in_civ_vi/
You can turn off unit cycling in the ini files if it gets too annoying
Is there an option to turn off auto-cycle? I didn't see it in options when i looked but I didn't have much time to play.

no there isn't and that's a problem
not in the options menu last time I checked, but steam has a guide that shows you how to by editing a config file.
i don't like that the game does not SHOW you in the unit icons that units can move. Just like in that moment with your unit. It messes up by moves.
I also don't like that there's no "Alert" mode for units. I loved alert mode. Now you need to check all your units, each move, just in case an enemy is simply passing by and i really dont like that.
One more thing, the game does not "force" you to use attacks with cities when an enemy is in their attack zone. It will mess up your game completely if you're doing a battle somewhere in another place on the map and you forget about it and click the end turn button.
Besides all that, CIV6 is great. Playing as Russia as well in the moment.
Finished a Britain game on Warlord, with science victory. Had to thermonuclear attack Congo and China in the way to victory. It was marvelous.

why wasn't Moscow the 2nd city name? in Marb's game his 2nd city is Moscow. would the difficulty level change the order of the city names?
chuck430 there is like a database of names for each civ so Moscow isn't always the 2nd city could be like 3rd etc etc
I think the names are random after the first one.

They are random but just to some degree, there is a priority, so you are more likely to get muscow for your second city, than some city name noone has ever heard of at the bottom of the list.
I assume you read your all your comments? Why did you ignore your new subs? I suggest you make a big announcement for each sub that spent their hard earned money to support you. :)
That'll make the stream worse for everyone else though (and the youtube vid besides)
