Great bow. I love how in-depth you go, focusing on the granular details and showing us if they are actually worth their weight in terms of price or of you’re just purchasing an over priced bow that doesn’t actually shoot fps as advertised. Loving what you’re doing and I really like elite’s. Wanting to make sure I’m getting the value of what the product actually says I’m getting and this channel helps tremendously with that. Thanks! And to hell with the internet gods! 😂 cheers, from Georgia.
Should point out that the new cam on this bow is not like last year's Envision cam. Totally different adjustment features on this new SP Cam than last year's model.
Love your vids. I switched over to elite last year for the benefit of my fixed broadheads. I think my enkore may need to go and be replaced with the Omnia. I still like my envision so will probably keep that one.
I mentioned on your 365 target video earlier today how I’m pumped to see the review of the omnia, I didn’t realize I’d be blessed with it so soon after. I shoot all major bow brands, but my home base is and likely will always be elite. I think this bow is going to be great for their line up. Sure would have liked to have seen bridge lock tech though.
I’ve seen others chrono bare shaft and regular knock this might get you closer to the advertised speeds. I really like this bow if I could afford it this would be my next bow for sure
We got them in at my shop, one thing i noticed is without that little 2 inch kicker, that thing has the most vibration out of any bow I've shot in the last 4 or 5 years. Tried it with a bunch of different stabilizers and couldn't tame it without that 2 inch one that they include
This is fact! Hoyt also comes with a stabalizer installed. If you want to shoot true side by side comparisons you need to throw a stabalizer on the other bows you are testing. I did that with the Phase 4, Rx7, both Elites, Cp30 and the carbon one. I left the shop with the carbon one but the Rx7 was a close 2nd. Only difference to me was where the hump in the draw was and I felt the C1 would lurch less holding a draw for long periods.
I shot the era and the omnia yesterday. I bought the omnia. Its dead, extremely fast, rock solid at full draw and extremely accurate even with a 6" brace height. It's gotta be the grip and wide limbs that make it so accurate. Now the era was super light, plenty fast but not a rocket ship but thats ok. Same grip and limbs of course so the comfort is the same as the omnia. I went with the omnia because it was so accurate even with the short brace height and I just didn't see sacrificing the speed just for a little bit lighter bow that costs 500$ more. Don't get me wrong, the era is a FINE shooting bow but the omnia is just an absolute monster, by far the best bow I've ever shot. Hope this helped
how's the valley and jumpiness if you creep down a smidge? i don't mind a stiff draw, the only thing i dislike about many fast bows is if you relax even slightly then you're out of the valley and they want to take off on you
At 90% letoff it has that feeling of having to push the string forward to let down. Geat valley for a speed bow and the best part is that the letoff is micro adjustable.
@@douglasvaughn9530 awesome...thanks for the detailed replies....right now i have a bowtech revolt on comfort....which to me is like the 308 carbine of the bow world....if i want a standard length 7mm rem mag next year...i'll definitely shoot one of these!

I'd assume it was at 90% letoff as this seems to be Elite's out of the box set up. MFJJ knows what's up with let off, see his 2022 Mathews reviews and the 2022 PSE reviews. For Mathews, the change from 85%>>>80% let off picked up 4fps. For PSE, the same letoff change from 85%>>>80% was about 2fps. Would it matter if his speed test was 339 or 341fps? Would you not test shoot the bow b/c it didn't break 340? MFJJ was clearly impressed by the deadness. The only bow shooting faster was the 74# SR350 replacement bow at 3fps faster on the BT tuned replacement bow. The Elite fans know this bow has the speed this year. I think MFJJ's review is more solid work and all the time into these reviews is appreciated.
Have you had anyone have issues with the mod screws backing out. I just got the bow they did adjust the draw but I’m thinking they didn’t tighten the screw but my question is have you heard of anyone having screws backing out in there mod?
Can you take another look at the Omnia and see if you notice any cable rubbing issues after tuning? Your a longer draw like me and no matter what I do, it rubs heavily!

From what I understand the more reflex a bow has the less forgiving it will be during the shot sequence. More reflex will amplify your left to right misses. Reflex is how the bow pivots left to right in the hand. I hope I understand that correctly and that my explanation makes sense.
No, it's all personal preference. One guy may shoot limb stops better and another may shoot cable stops better. It has alot to do with your style of shooting and how hard you pull into the wall. It's a great thing to have both as an option.
Been thinking about getting an elite and now that they came out with a bow that’s dead in the hands well I might just have to pick this guy up for next season
It has a smooth mod option that turns it into one of the smoothest bows I've shot and still shoots 335-340fps. It's not that bad on performance either. It's a great option for anyone unless you want a longer ATA or Brace Height.

Yes, there is about a 7fps difference between performance and smooth mods. I've shot it with both mods. The smooth mods turn it into one of the smoothest bows I've shot and it's still as fast or faster than most other bows. In performance it's harder to draw but really not that bad for the speed you get.

Not necessarily. The performance “setting” is the mod itself. You can go from 75 to 90% with that mod or the comfort mod and it still won’t necessarily match the advertised number. With that being said, I’ve been shooting archery for 27 years and advertised numbers are rarely ever accurate no matter what the manufacturer is.
