"Pawn Stars" follows three generations of the Harrison family as they assess the value of items coming in and out of their Gold & Silver Pawn Shop in Las Vegas, from the commonplace to the truly historic. Развлечения
To this day, the Pez community has never recovered.
We will never forget.

What youss seen and what you can prove is two different estories
He was in major denial
technically the pawn shop is the customer here, after all they are buying the product
You can really tell the skill of the Old Man's ability to deescalate the situation with an emotional customer. Shows why he was so successful for so long.
That's a skill from an old salt in the Navy. A petty officer, no less.
The first guy that brought the Picault statue looks like Steve Harvey and Gandhi combined.

I respect him for not going off on them!
How is NO ONE talking about Cory refusing to pay $50,000 but when the guy changed his mind he was willing to do it. JUST WOW
Not really surprising.
Same thing happens at car dealerships. If they see you're about to walk away from the deal, all of a sudden they'll offer a discount. If you walk out, they make no money..but if they have to sweeten the deal a bit for you to sign, they'll do it. Corey was probably gonna list that Guitar for $75k or something but is always gonna low-ball if he can get away with it.
You do realize it's scripted TV.
@@newking70 a lot of the show if scripted, but the negotiations are not.
well you have to consider the posibility of corey actually wanting to keep the guitar for himself, ims ure everynow and then they take some stuff for themselves. wouldnt you?

~RIP Richard Old Man Harrison~
He'd been in the business a long time, and probably knew how it felt to be duped on an item. He knew the guy was just hurting, because he likely spent a lot of money on what is essentially a paper weight.

Why do people always say "c'mon you can put these online and easily make money"
So why go to a pawn shop when you can do that yourself?
you gotta think when watching this show and just about anybody going to a pawn shop, most people aren’t pawning- they’re selling. they need the cash quick. these people probably don’t want to post it online and wait for a potential buyer. that’s just my takeaway, at least
Like Bobby said, most these folks need cash today.
They want the money fast ..duh
Because it’s potentially their money, and theoretically they need it now!
They want to be on TV
