We never heard back from Graco after multiple attempts of showing this video link to customer service and were incredibly disappointed with their attempt to rectify the issue. They reported they couldn't view a RUclips video and we feel that the person communicating with us was dishonest in their answer.
We have been unable to use the stroller on our outings for over a year and are truly disappointed with the Graco Brand, which is unfortunate, because we truly loved this Stroller until there was a problem, and the customer service left us hesitant for any future purchases.

Did you folks ever figure out a solution to this issue? The rivets make it pretty much impossible to fix without just ruining the stroller.
