my dad is from keryneia.. he was there happy .when the Turkish came they killed his grandpa who was like his father.. he went to Nicosia to live .. and now we live in Limassol .. Keryneia we will never forget you .. i am so sad that i cant go see my house ... my property... i dont have the strength to do it :(

@yasaturk Cyprus was always a country for Greekcypriots, but was Always under of occupation from different countries because they wanted Cyprus, etc British. And since 1974 the half island is occupied by Turks the fact that more than 77 percent of greekcypriot where and still live in Cyprus it shows that the culture the language the traditions the religion was always Greek even after so many people were trying to change us we are still consider Greek Cypriots.
That would mean one side admitting that what they did was wrong. Both sides are so bloody minded that losing face would be seen as sacrilidge in their countries eyes.
