For the guy who allowed Iran to hold Americans hostages for over a year??

Sad he's gone, but he didn't do anything for America while being a President. After being President, then did he do something that's memorable. Building houses for homeless. Who will never forget the Hostages held by Iran. Until Reagan took office.

@pdkrace remember he took office after Ford and Nixon. Big recession in 75-77. I know because my dad was laid off from a big automobile company because of that.

Carter's Legacy from a pilot - He made air travel possible for millions by deregulating the airline industry.
Prior to Carter via legal price fixing,
the public was being milked to subsidize airline employees 200%+ more than the market rate for their product,
    labor.
    Ex -
Baggage handlers were "earning" $300K+ in today's dollars, about 1/2 a house per year at the time,
due extorting the public via government prohibition of competition.
He also deregulated trucking, making life more affordable for U.S. citizens to this day.
Obama and FDR were the worst and most destructive presidents by a long shot via their Marxist policies.
From economics, to social engineering, to bigotry/DEI, attacks on merit and accountability, and more.

I am so glad that this is being done to honor President Carter before Trump takes office, because he would have surely dishonored this great man.

The worst Presidents in my time are 1. Biden. 2. Obama. 3. Carter. All Dems. Sad but true. This is my opinion.
