- In this video I will show you how to combine statics and dynamics/freestyle training in one week including mobility, basics and a little bit of weighted calisthenics. With this formula I managed to progress safely and steadily throughout the past 1.5 years and I am sure you can do so too!

Well explained, thats actually a loooot of strength training
absolutely, but that's the main part of calisthenics for most people ;)
Nice, great tips 💪🏻

First of all, thank you for the video. I like the video as an explanation of basic structure and to give people a realistic idea about the time investment it takes to progress.
In addition to that: to me it lacks the detail of rest/revovery/splits: with 4 training days, I would presume for most people rest and recovery (and therefore injury) would become an issue if they don't split muscle groups appropriately, would it not?
I'd presume that if a beginner would think that training pullups 4 days in a week in high intensity would be a good idea, I'd think they'd run into problems within a few months.
In that regard I'd be in favor to see your take on this, explaining in more detail how you can achieve enough rest and recovery for each muscle group in a program like this (by using splits, variation, changing intensity or whatever. Maybe clearly indicate differences between beginning people, intermediate people training for a year or two and more advanced people).
I personally find that for calisthenics the whole concept of how to structure training, how to train smart with enough recovery is lacking most on RUclips. It's pretty common for bodybuilding and fitness, but we can use some more professionalism in that regard in calisthenics... I believe it's a source of many injury, frustration, false expectations and people quitting this field.
Looking at your drive, passion and originality, you might just be the person to raise the standards.
Thank you for this long and insightful comment! I absolutely agree, there is a lot more that could be included in this video. I always try to first see if people are actually interested in the topic. Since this is the case here I believe I could do a lot more detailed videos about this so thank you for the idea. In general I always try to keep video around 5min - max 10 since most people don't watch longer ones so I always need to decide what to include and what not. BUT thanks a lot for the idea, I'll catch up with it after my series of cali beginner videos ;)
Good video. What about to the basics like push ups, pull ups, dips? or don't you train that (because your goals)?
As I mentioned in the video, they are part of the accessory work but adapted in a way that they help me to achieve my skills (sometimes weighted) :)
And thank you!:)
With together
Hey!
And skills mean dynamic or static?
What about your diet plan?
Keishal Khumukcham maybe I’ll make a video about it ;)
What about free weight,machine?
It's a callisthenics channel so...
