- Back on Enigma’s and trying something new; on this server you can spawn the F-14 for Blue and MiG-29 for Red if you earn enough points from hitting ground strike targets.
Obviously these aircraft are a cut above the rest when it comes to air superiority, outclassing the likes of the F-5 and MiG-21 by absurd metrics, so theoretically I should be in for a pretty good time if I manage to get my hands on one.
I’m 4 points short of spawning the Fulcrum so it’s time to bust some tanks with the A-10’s Slavic cousin - we’re dusting off the Frogfoot.

Great stuff. Su-25A is my guilty pleasure in DCS. A man's CAS jet lol. That F-14 kill was nice. You can tell he's flying with jester the way he flares without being able to physically see your missile shot lmao.
There is a simple explanation for the post landing jitter .... it's the plane getting your "operation completed successfully" celebration milkshake ready for you!

The Frogfoot is just very unstable. Moving at all on the ground it rocks and shakes and sways, loaded or not but especially loaded. It’s only slightly annoying having to taxi at 8-10 knots or risk tipping/ordinance smacking the ground lol
In the air though, a thing of beauty. I compare it to a Penguin. A penguin on the ground is incredibly unstable and ready to tip over at any time. Once it’s in the water it becomes an aerobatic master. So I call it a flying penguin.

been "training" in su25a as of late, I was kind of blown away by tomcat getting shot down by one. Im still struggling with taking out UH60 or Hind

Funny. Because of the DCS crash yesterday(get your shit together ED) I ended up flying the SU-25T all day, after getting good with it and then abandoning it lmao. Now today people are uploading Frogfoot videos

Keep seeing your Frogfoot videos pop up and WarThunder is beginning to look more and more like DCS with how many controls there are for everything.
I think they just need to add lights to things and it’ll be on the same level lol
It would be so cool if they allowed combined arms on that server ..
It would become what I expected WarThunder’s world war mode to be.
He does, but only for a very select few people and only in special circumstances. He allowed one RUclipsr to do it, he just had to purchase the CA module. He was able to take over for the AI on the ground and shoot down players lol. It was a very interesting and entertaining video. I’ll see if I can find it for you.
@@Bullet4MyEnemy Exactly! :) Imagine being in a Leopard 2 shooting T90s with A10s over head that gets shot by a Mi24 hovering over the treeline.
There is still a lot of potential for CW to evolve ..

Hey, total newb here saving for a DCS PC, but that text at the end, about enough points for the fulcrum. Im 95% sure its a joke which i dont understand. Ive watched a decent amount of clips and this is the first time i hear about needing points to spawn......
Edit: and what nation has that red star as military logo? Georgia ? And im assuming, since a plane is a module you pay for, im guessing the czech colors are also chooseable or are camos limited to the map ?
I mean, the SU25t is free and the version Bullet flies comes from the FC3 package (and is slightly preferable over the t version, since its lighter?)
Servers can set the multiplayer environment up however they like, so on this one you need 40 points earned by killing ground units or conducting recon to spawn the Fulcrum or Tomcat, camo skins can be downloaded and there are mods that allow any to be used under any conditions

How did you get the camera angles? Last I knew ECW was cockpit only
You have to edit the track file in the mission editor, Ryu1940 (I think that’s his name) has a great tutorial about it
How do laser guided missiles work in this version with the su 25.
You need to ground stabilise/lock the crosshair, turn on the laser, then launch and keep the target in the laser gimbal until impact.
Once the crosshair has been ground stabilised the slew feels a bit weird, you sort of have to manoeuvre the aircraft in the direction you’re trying to move the cursor as you try slewing it.
Takes a bit to wrap your head around but personally I find it quite satisfying, and the flight performance is miles better than the 25T.
Turn laser off as you disengage, rinse and repeat.
Laser can also be used for ranging info when using dumb rockets, or the gun against ground targets.
