- Highlights from my recent trip exploring the waters of South Wales UK while living off seafood! Lots of bass about in shallow water but that’s all to report really.

Nice to meet you this afternoon, enjoy Caithness :)
Thanks, lovely place up there and the people were very friendly!
Great clip
Cheers, wales was an easy place to dive!
Super video mate, well done! You’ve got to come up to North Wales some time! 👌🏼
Thanks mate, I went to north wales this year but conditions were terrible! Hopefully next year I’ll go when it’s good 🤞
@@ryane8881 that’s a shame mate! Whereabouts in N. Wales did you go?
@@BR0SE1DON I went over to Anglesey on the way back from Scotland. Torrential rain. Very keen to do a proper session there next season, probably start on the west about Barmouth and work way up and around the coastline?
Amazing footage mate! Good going on the bass 😎👌
Cheers mate, Easy diving down there, thousands about!
@@ryane8881 Indeed! Just gotta hope the weather plays along! And you got some very nice specimens 👍💪
van life looks to be treating you very well indeed
Exploring the coastline and living off seafood. What’s not it like? 😂
Do you have to take that many in one session? And are you legally permitted? I’m an angler and would never take more than 1 for the table - think of our children and future stocks my friend
Spearfishing is the most sustainable way to fish there is, and he never takes more than the legal 2 a day dude, I believe he filmed this over about a week/10days. Sorry to jump in here Ryan, but thought I'd mention it 😁
@@UKSpearo it looked like half a dozen or more in the video from what I could see, it’s sustainability is correct if it’s truely 2 a day, thanks Dude
These fish were caught over a 2 week trip. We’re allowed 2 bass per day, I think I averaged out at less than one per day? (Not catching more than 2/day) from many different locations along the south coast. What I’m doing is sustainable so the stocks are safe from me overfishing them
@@kineticman2992 You’ll also notice Ryan, and all other spearfishermen, picking up shit loads of abandoned rod fisherman equipment from the reefs as they go. Just saying.
🤣🤣🤣
Too many stone shots aha
I also stone a couple of pollock and a flounder but GoPro was out of battery 😂
