I admire your attention to detail, my brain works the same way! Big hatch and Merc for me although my bank account could barely cover the hatch! I’m located in Havasu but never worked for any of the boat manufactures. I was key player in a few custom interior builds at a upholstery shop back in the early 90’s with a few boats being featured in hot boat magazine. It was my idea to incorporate cup holders into the seats and side panels and molded speaker pods into the side panels(should have patent those), then I would be able to afford a skater today 😂
It sounds like you have a knack for innovation and design! Your contributions to custom interior builds and boat features are impressive. Patenting those ideas would have been a game-changer indeed. Keep fueling your passion for creativity and thanks for watching!

Big hatch for sure. What happened to the 588?
The 588 is still in the process of being built. We don't have a debut date as of yet but when we get one, we will release that info to the public.

Is it possible to have the sit 1100s lower so they sit flush so the hatches don’t have to be cowl style.
The engines sit as low as possible… with that said the larger cut Skaters can run a flush mount hatch… make sense? The lower cut Skaters, the taller scoop has to be in order to clear the engines.
Yep I thought Jim’s 388 widebody had flush hatches but I was unsure why the 32 and 33s didn’t. Thanks for clarifying. Can 700s sit flush or still can’t clear?
@@jebmcdonald5709 Yes, that 388 is a taller cut. 700’s are still a pretty tall motor, it all depends on how tall the cut is in the stern.
