- The blade is made from a spring from a 23-mm twin anti-aircraft gun that defends Kyiv.

So happy to see a new video up this morning. A relatively simple build, no cutting or restacking or complex patterns, just tender loving care in setting your welds and a lovely edge quench. I do not have the resources to set up a forge where I live so I experience vicariously through the work you and other talented smiths who share their work here on RUclips. I love how you take weapons of war and turn them into art and I am glad you are staying safe and well.

This is the simplest yet probably one of the sturdier builds he made. Metal used for weapons is very high quality.

This dude can turn any piece of metal into Damascus steel. I wouldn't be surprised if he's made a knife out of other knives.

Simple and elegant blade and turning a weapon of war into a tool that will make someone's work easier. I would think the people that were protected by the AA gun would approve. Stay safe, and I am glad to see another video of you making an excellent knife and making me jealous with the tea.
Firearms grade steel looks really challenging to work by hand. Very tough stuff. Great video.

I love the shape of this one! It is a nice twist on your typical blade shape. The pattern and contrast from the spring and the clay was amazing! I always try to figure out what the pattern might be while your are welding, but I'm rarely correct! This one didn't look anything like I thought it would! Beautiful! Stay safe, my friend.

Now that was IMPRESSIVE!!! Most of what you do is, but this was extra special. Just a lot of skill and patience setting the welds, no cutting and restacking to make a specific pattern. That turned out FANTASTIC!!!!! It looks like lightening bolts passing through the blade, frickin AWESOME!!!!
