😮😮, Heart warming to see this guard protect the English spirit. Tourists have to respect the host's country no matter how low they are in their country. This is one thing that can't be toleranted, period. No bargain and no excuses. You can see some of the men or women, just to show that they "sh×× infront of you to shame you, and they are not afraid of you, and they are above you, and they are in charge of themselves, and it's all our faults for blaming their dirty behaviors, and we all should be punished by shouting. Did you see that 2 men looked back and faced the guard with an evil, hatred manner and ready to fight because they felt that they lost their pride. Yes, in these countries, they can kill you if they are not respected. Since we can't change the world, I suggested applying the fees just like entrance fees as Hollywood or Disney Land touring. Then there is a happy ending. 😊😊😊. It's sad to joke like this. It's hard to recognize that we humans lost our basic identity as humans. Even dogs can be trained well with no times. Well, cat is hard to be trained. 😅😅😅😅😅

Some of those people are blatantly defiant, which is so childish. They should not have to be told more than once. There were a few, such as those Arab men and the blond woman wearing the blue leggings, who blatantly disrespected his orders, just because they didn’t like being told to follow rules. あの人たちは行儀が悪い We recently travelled all over Japan from Kagoshima to Hokkaido and their bad behaviour was very evident. I have also seen it in new Zealand, Australia and the UK as well. |No repect for other countries and their peoples. And the Japanese people are so polite, its a shame they have to endure this also

The people in the comments like myself are not liking the fact that the guards seem to be able to do as they please with the rules. Which to me as a military establishment is unusual as I always thought soldiers had to follow orders, so why haven't these rules be put into orders that they must under no circumstances allow the horses to be abused and that they must open their mouths to accomplish this goal. I do wonder if we were at war the soldiers would be allowed to choose whether they fight or not! It does seem that a good number of people do understand what the white lines mean but this also means that people who do know what the lines mean and still ignore them are showing disregard and contempt to our soldiers, which should mean an on the spot fine of at least £50 for breaking the rules and not obeying the guards. I think the biggest problem is that nobody has told the tourists this is a working barracks not an amusement park or petting Zoo which I think should have been put in place the moment horse guards was opened to the public, I am sure it could still be remedied now with signs explaining this and someone outside doing the same in different languages also able to tell people not to cross the white lines. Perhaps with a bit of forethought all of this rigmarole could have been avoided so much sooner. 😪
This rule has been a long time coming. The tourist have got used to this base being a DISNEY THEME PARK !!. Now respect plus SECURITY has been taken back to Horseguards. In today s world it is too dangerous for crowds to be anywhere near these beautiful creatures

However , disrespectful people exist. TOUR BUSES have instructions in many languages, they should advice about the rules to be obeyed in every place.

You don't need to stand next to the horse to take a picture. It is much safer now. Also in front the guard needs space in case horse becomes restless or bolts.
