@@Kitty-mj7kn You're welcome. It's not as bad as some, but the guard on the right was letting tourists into the box, even allowing one woman to pet the horse!
Ya'll are nuts! Yku think anyone can maintain those horses while they scream at the rude ones. NOT their job! if their emotions get jacked up constantly, believe me, no one will win. You don't appreciate this opprtunity to see excellence!
@@Katy-t1h Who said anyone had to scream? They've screamed in the past, and they all maintained their horses. There are at least six guards that do their jobs exceptionally well, and they don't scream. It's in those guards that I see the brilliance of the plan and I absolutely see excellence in those guards! It's their job! They get it! They are out there to follow regulations and and to keep people away from the horses. If some of the non-compliant guards can't deal with their emotions and possibly hurting the tourists little feelings, they don't need to be out there. All of these "regulations" were put into order supposedly to make things better for the guards, but more importantly, for the horses. I don't know if you noticed or not, but before making the changes, these horses were extremely stressed with the tourists grabbing and molesting them constantly! The majority started fighting even have to go out there! They started throwing riders out back in the yard, and just acting out in general! A couple of horses even took off frantically down the road and were injured! How much more cruelty needs to happen to these horses before the higher ups and these so-called soldiers, the ones that totally flout the rules, put the needs, the care, of these horses ahead of the wants of the tourists? You would never believe this is a country that loves horses when you see how wrecked they let them get! It's beginning again. The horses are out there with their ears pinned, with people all around them, and a "guard" who doesn't care!
Totally agree. The ONLY officer worth their pay is the lady with short blonde hair, she is trained and armed MoD officer, you see her giving her beloved horses a handful of their favourite mints. Well liked and respected by the guards and especially the horses, often see them looking round for her when she is on duty. She has fans all over the world from the comments I've read on here asking where she is because she does her job properly. The male one's stand round like old washerwomen gossiping and take no notice of what's amiss until you tell them. Some of the guards should use their voices more loudly and really yell at these idiot tourists to get out of the boxed area. No point sitting there saying nothing fo an entire hour when there are other guards who are very loudly vocal and do their job properly. It's time that top brass were made aware of those not reprimanding the ignorant, self entitled Muppets and put them to work mucking out the stables and give the front of house job to those who KNOW how to tell people off and don't care if it hursts their feelings, means they are doing their job right Good mind to do videos on my phone and go down personally and show the bosses what they don't see that I and may of us do and get this mess sorted out once and for all. 1. Start with introducing fines for disobedient tourists, on the spot fines, they will be held in a room until they pay up if they misbehave. Put up a big sign warning them NOT to cross the line into the boxes, if they do they pay the penalty. All money raised will go to the horses welfare charity, and provided them with treats of mints, carrots, apples and whatever else they are allowed the stable team will ensure they get all the comforts they deserve. 2. Signs should be on both sides of the walls either side the guards and horses, and one with DO NOT CROSS LINE INTO BOX in all languages they will have no excuse then that they could'nt understand it. Maybe one of those you see in train stations that are electronic and show messages for passengers of all nationalities so they know where they should stand and wait. The line round the box should be Yellow or better still RED, as that indicates that entry is not allowed and all nationalities will understand that. 3. ALL hand signals should be banned, no reason for them, and some are downright offensive, especially the gang signs. 3. NO FLAGS of different countries should be waved about in front of the horses, they get very nervous and agitated by them. The ONLY flags are the official ones put up by the Palace like the Union Jack, that is OUR flag and should be displayed always.
3:17, well done to the lady with the white scarf on for obeying the rule not to cross the white line, you can teach your mate in the blue scarf how to conduct herself in someone elses' country that we have rules and laws for a reason. You have right idea. Again, very well done. and Thank you.
Excuses, Excuses! For the non locals if you visit a foreign land you need to respect the way things are done. Ever heard of when in Rome do as the Roman's do. We live in such a narcissistic society these days so people don't care.
have to agree with other comments - either enforce the rules ALL the time or don't have the rule. Some guards seem more tolerant than others and that doesn't send a clear message.
That's bs. It takes great courage to face people every day with a spirited horse on a main thoroughfare. These young people try to give respectful ones a chance while not letting the bad ones ruin it for everyone. Bet you couldnt come close. You are already taunting them with your words. Shame on you. You wouldnt be on my team.
So is this guard @ 2:25 too scared or gutless to tell the muslim woman to get out of the box,he tells others to get out but not her.Are muslims exempt the rule of staying out of the box.
Obviously so by the way it looks. One lady though was respectful and stayed out side the lines of the box. Think she was with the one with blue scarf on who stood inside the box. The lady who obeyerd the rule wore an white scarf and light coloured coat. She kept checking that she had'nt accidentally strayed over the line. If we had more like her it won't be so bad?
They keep ignoring the rules because they are allowed to. Simple as that.
No, because they’re arrogant!
My belief is they don't care about being told off they get the picture and a story to tell
They think of it as a badge of honour
Unfortunately, we live in an era where rules don’t apply to everyone!
They don't obey the rules because no one says anything 🤐
Not "UNBELIEVABLE!" The guards are "IGNORING" the rules and allowing the tourists to do the same! It's quite pathetic really.
Exactly!!
Thank you, I won't bother watching this video if the guards aren't enforcing.

Either enforce the rules or don't have rules- one or the other!
Don’t have the white painted boxes if you are not going to enforce them
For goodness sake, YELL LOUDER young man.
He is lazy! He is not a King's guard...he is a King's statue😅
The guards do not want to shout
La respuesta es sencilla: ni los guardias ni la policía están haciendo su trabajo

Why are the Guards not doing their job? They may need to be replaced with new guard who would do the job
Why do the guards keep looking around instead of looking at the people?
That is part of their job.
That’s their job!

This is just typical of people they so busy enjoying themselves on holiday that they just dont think about rules or limits lines

There's those hands again, 😂
These Guards "lack" the 'courage' to shout at the tourists.

There are so many that follow the rules but you are just focusing on the few ones that don't.
Tell you why there bloody ignorant people
Where are the waste of space mod police?
Watching “waste of space entitled tourists” in the courtyard? Why the hate?
兵士good!👍
Why is this guard letting people cross the lines?
crossing the lines is not the problem, it's the ones who stop inside the box.
Asking again, are there signs saying stay outside the white lines? If not how the tourist to know the new rules?
