“Took me awhile to organize because I’m an unorganized person...” lol I loved it . Thank you for sharing your candle making journey with all of us and being so transparent with us. People leave out so many things and others don’t like sharing so much detail . Others say if you want full instructions you can purchase them from the link ... and that’s fine . I feel like some people hold back because they feel it will take from them . They forget how big the world is and how many people are in it , there’s always enough to go around . And you , your just so open with everything , what worked what didn’t , measurements , conversions , pricing , literally your channel is the one stop shop for candle making . Bless your heart for being so open and willing to help others and doing it with a smile . So many people want to start hobbies , others looking for an extra source of income or income period during Covid and people like you just make it so much easier for the rest of us . It feels good when you clean up a space and organize ✨ I was wondering if you could make a video dedicated to labels? I create my own labels, but I have to wait for them to ship through snail mail. I’m impatient. lol I would love to be able to print them in seconds in the comfort of my own home. If not a video, maybe just some advice? lol
Great question Christian, I use Avery to make and print my labels, and I purchase them from staples. I would to hear what Erica use.

I think to save you some money you can purchase some sheet adhesive inkjet printer paper from packzon from amazon and just type up your labels and print them and cut them out with a paper cutter to fit your wax samples :)

I also got some tins the gold ones and like you still wick testing but last week I bought the blue jars that have an antique feel and love them plus I got the wick size perfect on the first try. Lol only think is I wish I had a lid for them. Thinking of making a cover out of card stock and see how that looks. Anyways great video. 👍

I have an inkjet! It’s done a great job so far :)
I’m my description I have a link to a printer, it’s not the one I use (my printer is outdated) but it’s recommended by the social media manager of Online Labels!

I really love your videos! I am experimenting with waxes to find what I like most. I had a question though. I’m getting sink holes from trial and error. My question is even though those sink holes are there, am I still able to light it and test the wick out or does the sinking effect the wicks performance? Thanks so much!

And actually that is something I’m not sure about 🤔 I’ve never experienced sink holes before, but I know people fix them with heat guns!
I would search the DIY candle making beginner to advanced Facebook group and see if anyone has talked about this ☺️
Hi Ashleigh a sink hole can drown out your wick if it's to close. When I was experimenting with different waxes I came across a lot of sink holes. My suggestion is take a heat gun to it to correct the problem and like Erica mentioned check out the DIY Facebook page for all kinds of tips. Happy making. 😁
You can try pouring at a cooler temp or using a heat gun to smooth it out. I find that I don’t get as many sinkholes when I’m pouring 10 degrees under the recommended pour temp.

I haven’t had an issue! However if you’re worried, check out uline, they have cool packs and temp controlled bubble wrap
