e-scooters - a warning for riders to take more care.

One in four electric scooter users admit to riding while under the influence of drink or drugs. That's according to a survey carried out in the West Midlands. Scientists at the University of Birmingham then looked at the data, and believe risk-taking behaviour by riders is leading to more injuries.
