That is strange that they would close the entire pool off from paying guests. Was that communicated to you before booking?
They were having an event and they did tell me when I booked the room.
Welp, you put it on the internet, too many people abused it, and now all room offers, even discounted ones, are gone for everyone. So 👍🏽 on that.
