As far as cleanliness goes, ALL of the Caesars properties have this problem.

As a Caesars Diamond member, I don’t understand why they try to charge me these outrageous prices for their rooms.

I’m surprised to see cars in the parking lot. Every time I drive by it looks empty.

Gary prim was a good friend of mine and I would wrk there with him and in its hay day it was a hot spot so cool old school..

Nothing bugs me more than a rickety old noisy HVAC system. This should never happen. Housekeeping should let maintenance know when things are broken and/or making odd noises.

We are currently staying in the room next door to yours and we absolutely love it! The whole resort checks all our boxes. Excellent review. It is difficult to comprehend the length of the hallway until you actually experience it!

Interesting- I was told that they would not upgrade if you already had one of their cards. I'll try it next trip and see what happens.

It is btw a common misconception, that MGM Gold comes with upgrades. It does not - not even Platinum or Noir actually comes with that. It comes with a better room in the same category, you are booked in, such as a high floor or say Strip view.

I heard that Caesars won’t tier match if you’re already a member. You failed to mention whether you already had a lower tiered Caesar’s Card before you got matched to Diamond. Can you answer that please? Thx
