MGM has some issues that aren't deal breakers. Showers have water saver heads (I get it. It's the desert) but Luxor doesn't? So it makes for a weak shower), but any issues we've ever had, the staff have generally been helpful and accommodating.
There’s a scam with the mini bars where someone switches out the alcohol with water for vodka, cola for rum and such. then when next person arrives and grabs a mini vodka, it’s water. Happened to me and was like a day at city hall trying to fight it 🤯
