    For anyone who wants a bit more of a challenging one - from low E to high E it’s 8x5757. A Cmaj9 voicing, you use your pinky for the root and is a great sound not often heard in standard, I first recognized it in Covet’s song Parachute in the part where the first “out of key” chords are used

      It's less about memorization and more about inference. Once you understand how a chord is constructed, you can make a ton of alterations. From there you just remember based on repeated use.
