You'd need to look for what's called an 'open MAP', which means a MAP that's looking for participants. Then, depends on the map, but you generally need to follow the description's instructions to apply, send examples, and wait for a call back. Then It's all just working for what you applied for/got assigned on from there
Lots of fanworks already feature the Dream No More ending, including other MAPs and solo animations. It's good to show some love to the game's other endings as well, even if the content is more tragic! Plus, the song's lyrics lend itself *perfectly* to Sealed Siblings, whereas they don't fit Dream No More at all. It wouldn't make any sense to have the Dream No More ending in this case!
