Julia, I hyperextended my knee (history of previous injuries to that knee), so I had to stop your CUT program after Week 4, Day 1. I’m so frustrated. It’s been almost 3 weeks that it happened, and I’m happy that it is healing, but not as quickly as it used to heal. Any tips for what I can do so I don’t lose my progress I have done during the full 3 weeks I did your CUT program? Love your videos and the content.
