    Thank you so much. I was told .28 for the gap. Twice. Now i am gonna pull it out and gap it at .35.

    To get the plug out once it’s loose u could also use a magnet pickup tool work well

    Great video. About to do this on my 04 500 HO, do you happen to know if the gap should be .035 on the 04 as well? Or best to start with .028 and see how it is?

    hey so the boot on mine broke, i bought it off someone like that and they had attached the wire to it with tape. do you have any suggestions on what tool i could use to remove the piece that is inside? does the boot come off by just pulling?

      I would try to remove the piece stuck inside with a needle nose pliers. Yes, the boot is simply pulled off by hand.

    Everything I'm finding is that the plug should be gapped .28 to .30 unless it's an ATP (Whatever that is) the ATP should be gapped at .35

      I went by the Polaris manual for the gap.
