I do the same thing that you do, but i do it with plastic throws, i found that metal throws after plastic brings that nostalgia of throwing a metal throw after a while.

@@thefinite7276 The only thing a high wall will do is create more friction with the string. This will just make the yoyo less stable and spin less. Using a yoyo like the Steel Shutter will directly increase your accuracy and consistency.
Hey Gentry, I just got Shutter Wide Angle and its incredibly tightly screwed. Seriously, I cannot unscrew it for life! I do not need to do it right now, but in case of a dirty bearing or anything that requires opening the yoyo, what should I do?
Put some hot water on a plate and set the yoyo in it, cup facing down/up. and then put an ice cube in the top and wait a minute. Quickly dry it off and unscrew it.

You can do the same thing with high wall yoyos to get good
A high wall yoyo will have no affect on trick accuracy or consistency. Only a smaller yoyo will do that.

I know that I could force it open but I am scared that it might damage it.
