So if the string touches the shell instead of the yoyo during horizontal play, does that mean gyroscopic flops don't work on it? Also didn't realize Roulette had a stall in it until I saw this video. Really unintuitive since you'd actually have to grab the sides of the yoyo for the stall to work.

I wonder if 9Dragons are tournament-legal or not? I wouldn't be surprised if they're banned tbh, or if tricks where you grab the yoyo just don't score at all, but it would be cool to see a tournament format focused on 'impossible' yoyos like this

They are banned because they make horizontal easy and it makes it so it doesn’t spin out

But the IQ spins for 8 minutes and the r4 spins for 7 minutes only
I decided to get the IQ, super good, because I'm not a big fan bimetals with the steel rims on the cup of the yoyo
