Love your Dad. I'm creeping on 50. Been yoyoing off and on since the late 70s. Was playing a lot in the aughts but took a decade break. Been throwing hours a day for about 6 months. Gonna hit a contest within a year, but just to use Rawhide as my music! Lol. My Dad taught me when I was little. Love your fam. And really like the 3 by the way. Gonna grab one next. It's beautiful! Love the steps. And besides a little big diameter the specs look perfect for me.

your dad and mine are pretty much the same! he used to play off string yoyo and i found out a few years ago when i found a box full of yoyo and i asked why and he said that he used to yoyo alot at his time

Guys, have any of u realized that Brandon's first yoyo contest, he was using a remix of a classic song. And then Brandon's dad also used a remix of a classic song in his first yoyo contest.
Yoyoing in 2050 should have a trick called cowboy, the trick starts by the yoyo speed band (futuristic yoyo thing to help your 2050 tricks) going so fast it makes the yoyo (i forgot to tell with very long string(thats normal) is used) make the shape of a horse and then with an extra string the person spins it upward like a lasso and remember the yoyo speed band? Once the person jumps on the horse, the yoyo speed band shakes the yoyo horse model so hard the yoyo string moves forward at running horse speed and the result shows a person riding a YOYO horse with a yoyo lasso. Thats my imagination of yoyoing in 2050

Btw for trapeze, when ur father has trouble, it’s not because he finds it hard to bind, it is because he was binding the wrong way before, so it was impossible, this is a common mistake, I have anger issues when it just wouldn’t bind and I thought it’s cause I am really trash at binding💀 but when I suddenly tried to bind the other way, it worked, which took me 2 days to master just a trapeze💀
