Dawn Strike 2019 RAAF Base Williamtown Departures Part II

Friday May 31st 2019 witnessed the culmination of Exercise Diamond Storm and the Air Warfare Instructors Course, with the conclusion being the biennial Dawn Strike, with aircraft from RAAF Base Williamtown defending the airspace against the opposing aircraft, which are the students taking part in AWIC19.
Once all the aircraft had returned and formalities where done with, some aircraft that are based elsewhere such as the Growlers and Super Hornets, departed a few hours later.
ASO’s videographer was on hand to capture some of the final movements of the day at RAAF Base Williamtown.
