Four jubilees have been preserved, 45593 Kolhapur, 45596 Bahamas, 45690 Leander and 45699 Galatea have been worked in preservation.

I can't manually add coal to the firebox, although it is automatically done, but is there anyone who has the same problem?
There is no true manual fireman. There is a manual mode where you can only control the firebox, dampers and blower. Controlling the firebox means opening it so the ai fireman can put coal in. True manual firing is coming in a future update. No timeframe yet.
I wouldn't worry about adding any coal, it's not simulated to make a difference at the moment anyway. Just use your dampers to control the steam generation levels :)

Are there many goods trains in spirit of steam or is it mainly passenger?
There is much more passenger than goods. The 8f runs freight. Jubilee does passenger
