- Abandoned Burger King - Buffalo, NY. Old school, vapor, retro, vintage, aesthetic, 90s... whatever you want to call it, that's what this old BK was. Pretty cool to say the least. Sad it's gone but new life is coming to this place in Fall 2019.

That Burger King was completely gutted recently inside and on the outside as Mighty Taco is going to relocate from their space at Sheridan/International Dr in Williamsville to the site you were at.
Is this the burger king over near the middle school in williamsville? I lived in that area as a kid in the 90's I think. There was a fays drug store also around the corner.
@@jonathanleviton5787 Yes, near the corner of Sheridan Dr and Evans and near Mill Middle. The Fay's drugstore eventually became Eckerd and is currently open as a Rite Aid.

@@aocplusme5676 Sheridan Drive, I work at the new Mighty and it's nothing compared to the old BK. It's being used though, so I can't knock it.

There's four businesses on main Street in the falls still rocking

Loved those solariums back then, always loved sitting under them and eating. I don't why they don't give restaurants character anymore.
the one on transit near Lowe's in Williamsville NY not far from this location is still very vintage.

Before this was a Burger King it was an Arby’s I think it’s been closed for about 3 or 4 years.

There is an abandoned 1990's Burger King in Eugene Oregon that looks completely untouched.
And I thought Wendy's was the only chain I knew of with a solarium... I guess I thought wrong

I grow up in state of New York. I been to Buffalo NY. I grow up in the finger lakes. I miss the fall in New York. How you been to Potter New York or Middlesex New York or Penn Yan my or all the town's or city's in Yates country New York.
They closed the one down in Depew on Broadway and Transit, but they came back to modernize it.

Dang, that is a cool abandoned BK! There's one like this that has similar 90s styling that's still open near where I work in Little Canada, MN (one of the inner-ring suburbs north of St. Paul) and it sure is a nice trip back in time.
This BK is on Sheridan.drive in Amherst ny its been empty for at least 3years i used to pass it everyday going to work at Millard Fillmore suburban hospital.

There is a blue roof Burger King in Crestwood Illinois on Cicero that's still open. I ate there in the 90s when I lived out that way. Guess they will remodel it soon. Thanks for the great video.

I'd like to see one of these with a 70s interior. I remember them being dark and kinda creepy like a dungeon. I worked in a BK like this one in the 90s... looked pretty much the same minus solarium and second drive through window.
This Burger King looks better than some I've seen that are still open.
For some reason Sandusky OH's burger king hadnt remodeled. I dont live in Sandusky but i've eaten in its burger king 2 times.
Such a cool vintage Burger King! When they remodeled ours, they turned it black outside!! AND the inside is so dark, you can barely see to walk around or sit and eat! So sad. Thanks for sharing this cool find! :-)
If ac is on i bet water damage is a plugged condense drain
that is quite a big parking lot for a BK, but then again, it was quite a big place anyways. Most BKs are usually half that size nowadays with a small parking lot, unless it is next to a shopping area

From someone who lives in texas 81 is beautiful id kill for a day of 81 and below it gets to 90 most days but earlier this summer it was around 115 and i was doing engine swaps in my driveway 😂 honestly cant wait for cooler weather to come our way love the videos been subscribed for a while now keep doing what you do!

You can't give the Burger King away in Buffalo. Buffalo used to be a center for aviation. The P-40 and P-39 were already outdated at the beginning of WWII. What they built was shipped to Russia. After the war, that industry died. The steel industry also died. Who wants to live in Buffalo.
You check out the bk by the perkins in cranberry? Its a 1997 burger king. Inside never updated except for tech in the kitchen and stuff. Playground is original

@Anthony Rodriguez most of them have been remodeled except that location, it may still have the old logo by the street, but I'm not sure though.
The next time you're in Warren you might be interested in this old 80's era BK. It's been used by other businesses since it closed, so there's nothing good to see on the inside but thought you might like it.

I'm sure that sign was meant when was open for business. I've never seen a sign like this on our Burger King. We still have a couple still look something like this, others are a shoe box design. Now I'm tempted to go to Burger King to eat. Those video signs I'm sure when was open for business to deter thieves when closed for the day & ect.
A shame but try to rent/ lease an abandoned building...taxes 3k+ a MONTH,Rent? 5000+ month they rather have them for write offs!.

Hey Wallie, this Burger King in Williamsville was the one that I would always go to when I was a kid growing up. My Dad was a manager at this location from 1996 to 2008. We should travel to abandoned places together in Buffalo! I know some abandoned places you should hit up. We have an abandoned factory in our Queen city. It's called Bethlehem Steel. Hopefully you can get access to the place or at least go near it. I'll give you an address for it if your interested in checking it out.
