Instead of being a victim whos inflicted, take control and tell your mind the complete opposite. Fake it until you make it if thats what it takes. Today is a good day and I feel great!

You know, listening to this for the second time it’s so simple. It’s stupid. For years I’ve always had the thought that I’ll wake up in the morning and everything will be back to normal. It has not! what has worked was putting my hand over my heart saying I know this will be challenging, but I can handle it so far that has worked the longest. Four days in a row an interesting day and then better again. The reason why it was better was when I was having my symptoms. I knew it they were and I was sort of looking for them and they weren’t as painful, I don’t know if that sounds weird or not. Today’s video opened up my eyes thank you thank you thank you thank you. This is really awesome.

The best thing in my life was finding out I had tms! Why? Easy ..it means I'm NOT broken, this is correctable! It's not permanent! Thats a huge relief. I couldn't wait to take your tests so I could finally find out the situation. What a relief. Now I'm the one I control and daily sending messages of safety. Mindset. Dan you have changed mine and hubs life so much with your vids.. All so good. Ty❤🎉

    Hi Dan,
we received the news of a burglary in our flat this morning during the last days of our holiday in Italy. Some things were rummaged through looking for money and maybe some things were stolen.
My wife is particularly upset and asked me to get her some cigarettes.
In the kiosk I realised that I was again extremely sensitive to certain noises from the electronic cash register.
Such clear evidence that this long Covid symptom was due to anxiety and stress, i.e. "perceived danger".
This reassuring confirmation is more important to me than the probably not so great damage and I am on the verge of being grateful to the burglar 😊

Talking of Covid and the Pandemic.... Now we have a mental health pandemic.......The population has been in Fear! There are so many levels to this.... We need to take our Power back for ourselves and not expect anyone else to sort out our problems for us..... If we all acted this way....different world 🌎🌈

      @1STBUCKLEY 13 дней назад

Can I ask why you refer noise sensitivity to a long COVID symptom? My opinion only, with respect, is that tagging things to any health story is fueling fear. Let that pandemic stuff go, our bodies recover, (unless other co.morbidities were already in situ)our brains might over protect us but we are ok. See too many people tagging COVID when it's fear that we can overcome

Hey Dan, just scored a 48 out of 50 on the pain test! And multiple on the FIT assessment. I did eliminate lower back issues about three years ago then the symptom imperative kicked in with thumb pain that varies and psoriasis that travels around. Thanks for all your effort with these daily videos!

Yes so crucial for healing to take back the steering wheel 🛞 to guide the symptoms, the pain, the thoughts, the beliefs, the actions and behavioral patterns in the right direction !
In a holiday bus there are 2 drivers, one to take over when the other needs a rest..
You were the first driver in my 🚌 Dan, now I’m capable of taking over😃!Over time I will be capable to drive a vehicle totally free , and without guidance 🙏
Thank you for that and much more ❤
Have a blessed Monday you and everyone ❤❤❤

Woke up with earache and headache but got outside by 7am. Other ear now feels inflamed. Feeling sad as I know my close cousin(who's like a big brother)isn't going to get home to pass. Spent time with his wife and it's heartbreaking seeing her hurting so much but trying to keep a brave face on. Bringing up so many memories so I know emotionally my brain is on a rollercoaster. Thank you for today's video 🙏

My fibromyalgia pain has virtually dropped away.....as I understood that the pain was predominantly based on fear, therefore not real....
We create the symptoms by our mindset. Louise Hay cured herself from cancer by changing her mindset, so anything is possible. It's not easy, but we created the symptoms for whatever reason, to retreat from life usually. It's the mind saying No! Body follows. Are you saying Yes to living life?
Thankyou Dan, and ❤ to all 🙏

Yes! That’s me, retreating from life. So much pain and illness since literally a teenager. Kept me on the sidelines. Totally unconscious but now I see I didn’t feel capable or strong enough to “do life” for decades. Decades. Now at 54, I’m learning to put my foot in the door …one step at a time. ❤

Dan I know you told me you don't like the concept of pacing but I think watching your bucket load of life stress is important to help symptoms heal... So for me not overloading or knowing when I am overloading is important... To keep stable. We anxious people are hardwired too high and need to reset that base to a lower more reasonable rate.
As I got better with no symptoms I thought I could just go do anything without being mindful of what and how much I took in of negavity , life stress etc. Nope. Through me into a setback.
    More rewiring...for me.
    I love your work...

Don't focus on them, don't enhance them or give them a voice as you want them to disappear. They won't go anywhere I you keep focusing on them. You let them drive. Do the opposite.

Resistance to doing the assessments may come from:
Better the devil you know than the devil you don't..... ????
Afraid of generating hope after all the disappointment????
    Just thinking out loud......
    Hope it helps......
Expanding on what you brought up in the video.....

I think it's the other way around. People are afraid to do the assessments not because they might find out it's not TMS, they're afraid to find out it is ... and then they have no more excuses to hang on to their symptoms.

Dan, I took both accessments and score high. The part I have not done is go over symptoms part. It confuses me. Do I go over current symptoms or everything I have been diagnosed with over time for each thing. Some more valid like osteoporosis. I’m not in pain physically. I think it’s more an emotional thing.Doubt myself so much. I’ve noticed my anxiety has gone way down and I’ve watched a number of your videos. Feeling like that I was broken, not able to do bookwork etc. is starting to get better but I do slip back pretty quickly. Too much time on RUclips and phone. Disconnect from life. Thank you for clarifying Stanton part of accessment.
