I just got out of a flare and my husband kept saying to me, this will pass, you will get better, you have before and will do it again. It’s incredible how chronic pain tricks the mind into thinking this will be forever.

That little sentence :’ I can handle it’ is what kept me going for the past 2 decades and kept the depression away..
I use it for all life- situations , not only pain.
Another favorite of mine is:’ things can only get better ´because they do..
Every challenge is a peak- performance in growth.
And so I build on blocks of positivity, Those become a wall so high that when looking back I can’t see that ‘ challenging past ‘ no more.
Sorry for my bad English today 😃!
Have a lovely Tuesday Dan and everyone ❤

“Sure it’s challenging but I can handle it” is a lot better than “Oh my God it’s excruciating it’s worse than post surgery pain, I need a morphine drip” 😂 it hurts so much but I don’t say things like that anymore. I gently remind myself to remain as calm as possible and tell myself this is temporary and I can handle it. Continuing the journey…..

Dan you’re looking lean and healthy!
Something I use consistently to calm my system down is laying on a Shakti Mat. It has tons of little spikes all over it and stimulates my back so much that my breathing slows and I feel so great after using it, wonderful “nuclear” option to have if you’re having a bad day. Worth a shot for some of you maybe??

Just found your channel not too long ago and I have to say it’s one of the best finds!! I’ve had TMS mindbody stuff going on since i was a kid. All of my 20s it was back pain. For the last 5 years it’s been debilitating dizziness, panic, and DPDR. I’ve been listening to your videos every day for the last month (usually while crying on my way to work bc my symptoms are so scary😅) and your comments are so helpful and reassuring. THANK YOU!

    Luke 17:20-21 King James Version
20 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:
21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.
How I interpret that: The solution is within each of us, deciding and growing into the truth......... That´s the process we have the opportunity to choose.
    Just spontaneous thoughts.
    Thank you Dan! ❤
