The conversation should happen a little later when people are able to understand the situation and not be immediately mad. I saw nothing wrong with what thatch did it’s not a conversation to have their especially when it’s going to not be productive and cause more frustration.

Thought it was a known fact when you get downed you're not actually dead and get to decide your own injuries, you can pretend they are bad enough to perma your character if you choose. Someone can't tell you your already dead stop talking, the EMS ask you questions 🤣. Ramee was malding but if your going to shoot someone as part of RP you can atleast state the reason.
It is common practice to rp your "down" state. It is a sign of maldness if someone says "why are you talking you are dead" or something like that.

I don't usually watch CG so I don't know the full situation and I'm also not sure on cop SOP's and rules but, are cops allowed to shoot people whenever they want just because they seem to match the description of a person believed to have committed a violent crime on this server?
Nope, cops do whatever the hell they want these days and don't follow SOP's or server rules. There's so many clips of cops doing scummy things, ignoring the lives of hostages, airlifting then going back to ongoing fire fights, etc.
Cops are supposed to do everything they can to bring a criminal to justice. Justice means the criminal's day in court to decide their guilt. NoPixel cops aren't about that. Any chance to gun the person down, potentially murdering them, they take it. In the real world pretty much every NP cop would have been fired at some point, or jailed for outright murder.

His candidacy is already done because there’s a law that he can’t legally run due to witness tampering and another crime I can’t remember. It explicitly says he can’t even when it’s expunged because they can’t be trusted in any role dealing with the government. There’s a video on it, but I don’t think it’s come out in the city yet. As of last night she was taking it to the judge to verify before confronting him.

The cop was in the wrong for stating that Ramee needed to stop talking because he was bleeding out. You can’t force rp onto someone and from that means injuries.
