@@stevenewton9139 not nvl if they know they wont be shot on sight only becomes nvl if they know they are getting shot instantly. shoot outs int itself is nvl and that would mean even the cops are nvl as well which brings in the most content. the nvl rule i think is more towards anyone who just pulls out a gun and starts shooting when they are being held up knowing they will be shot. The nvl rule is a little confusing for others so thats just my interpretation.

Imagine being so dumb that you can't figure out that there isn't exactly a good place to stand in a cramped tunnel. They hit multiple officers before even opening fire. They gave them a chanc but they couldn't stop the sbs that plagues CG.
@@Ez_Brzy That's so bad faith I question whether it's even worth responding to. The officers had fully encircled the car, multiple cops in what is considered the "dead zone" behind and in front of the car where they're taught never to place themselves. The sheriff vehicle even pushes their car further into the other officers. Where is the best place to stand in a cramped tunnel? Maybe the sides of the car where you can't immediately be run over, away from the opening that the driver will obviously attempt to take. You really shouldn't attack someone else's intelligence when that is the type of shit you type up, lol.
@@Ez_Brzy theres not a good place to stand no but using your brain a little you can see, hes either going to reverse or go forward and to the right. you can stand behind the cop cars behind the vehicle or behind the cop cars to the front left of the vehicle completely surrounding the car with that many officers is asking for somebody to be hit and a shoot out to occur

i remember a time where the police was taught about this neat thing called a dead zone that they would literally get yelled at for ignoring and now they stand purposely in the dead zone for an excuse to shoot

All the things things they did wrong in 1 minute
-Cop stood between ramee and francis to make it impossible for ramee to escort francis
-cops ignored scuff of ramee not being able to grab francis
-cops ignored scuff of taco falling through the wall
-about 5 or 6 cops used their bodies to block the vehicle and bait for lethal force (against sops and even koil said its considered nvl so also a rule break)
-gunning down ramee while in an animation resulting from them breaking sops in the first place
Koil needs to take shit into his own hands and start demoting and firing officers or straight up banning them from the server.
The cops were there first tho, so based on you logic it started with a wdm from taco and ramme

@@fourdeep6561 False. Nothing ever changes regardless of who complains or how many, the cops just get constant buffs. Next one will be a jet with miniguns that uses no fuel and can maneuver in the air like a helicopter, with a zoom feature that loads chunks you're not even presently in so you can see the entire map without having to move. That or another 10 officers, a new cruiser model that takes 0 damage from jumps and obstacles, and an even faster baton-drawing animation and higher dps so they can blitz more easily. Think Kali stick levels of speed and damage.
After the update, any scuff happen cops disregard all of that. It's like nothing ever happened and they go on doing what they need to do, it was so painful to watch x and the whole team get mag dump the other day while just riding on a bike. No cop was hurt. No cop was threatened but everyone was mad dump on a bike.
Once again. They did this when the owner of the server was present.

Remember the days when it used to be so damn hard to have a cop character? It was taken very seriously to extend RP and not be a bully? People would play on the server for YEARS before having their cop characters approved and to just have a chance at going to the academy. Oh that’s another thing… what happened to police academy where it took like 3 full days of teaching about the laws and how to operate as a officer. Then if you broke those laws or did anything against what you learned in academy you could lose your badge and be dropped at any moment. Because you had to go through a super long cadet phase before even becoming a full time solo cop? Plus when you was a cadet you could only use a pistol and had to have a senior officer with you while on duty? God I remember those days. I miss 2.0 so damn much man. We didn’t know what we had until it was gone.

Instead they tackled him and scuffed the already scuffed situation, teleporting taco out of scene. I just can say it’s good Koil doesn’t play cop almost exclusively anymore, although idk if switching to almost exclusively being crim is much better. Obviously every streamer should play how they want and it’s not Koil’s job to balance the server just cause he owns it, that’s what Devs/admins are for. But since now he has POVs from both sides, when he does decide to step in on the dev/admin decisions at least it will be more unbiased

I never understood why the hell Cops just need to stand and watch when a Crim walk in the middle of like, 15 cops, and try to escort a Cuffed Crim. I really don't get it why they are usually soo passive about it to the point of nearly allowing that to happen.

What a sht show. I'm unbiased, but with all that cluster fk going on, I can't really blame anyone for what happened. All I can say is that, some of the cops should've just spiked the car or disable that sht during the ass show, so as to not get anyone(mostly fellow cops) killed or harmed. Having a sht ton of cops being there in that narrow space should be a big sign that there's no saving anyone, unless they all go down.

If the suspect starts driving off shouldn't half of the officers be prepared in their vehicles to expect a chase instead of surrounding the car with 8 tasers? then gets ran over and shoot. The classic.
The worst part about this is them abusing the mechanics of the escort by body blocking koil lol. You can see he's clearly trying to pick him up but the cops are standing in the way to prevent him from picking up the right guy or reaching him. I wouldnt say powergaming but just so awkward to see him trying to do a basic mechanic and being body blocked to mechanically prevent it.

'It went for an hour' So if a chase takes too long cops are perfectly cool with escalating to deadly force? Imagine being in a chase with someone just completely unarmed, it goes on for 45 minutes and the cops get tired of it, and mag dump the suspect. Come to find out he was completely unarmed, no weapons on him, he was just fleeing. (hit zero locals, and overall was clean driving, zero accidental ramming of other cars, or cops)
Koil agrees with escalating to deadly force is something takes too long. LMAO cops will literally negotiate with you for three hours+ in real life, and ONLY use deadly force if they feel you're a threat to the public or themselves.

@@farkler4785 Don't lie guy. They where literally forced to dodge his car for a min while he rammed though their cars next to a ton of people in a small tunnel in the first place. If it was up to me I think it should have been fine shooting his car (not him, he was not purposefully trying to hit him but made the situation super dangerous.) at the very least at that point. They only got behind the car when he was #1 outside of it, and #2 being cuffed, he got out (game is super scuffed so he teleports away from where he is standing after escaping), gets in the car and backs into the cop. The guy in the front and the lady should have moved out of the way faster, they where clearing going for a shot at him at that point.

Ok so koil Is literally God in this situation. He should have stopped all rp and pointed out what the fuck was wrong with the situation. Multiple things could have been better in that situation to make gud content but it ended up ending on a sour note because the cops don't remember what it was like to rp a year ago.
