🙏❤🙏Let Us Pray: God, I ask You in Jesus’ name teach the writer of this prayer and myself how to take care of ourselves physically, spiritually, mentally, emotionally, financially, and relationally for Your glory God. And bless each of us with the wisdom, desire, strength, and follow-through to do so. Because we need to be heathy physically, spiritually, mentally, emotionally, relationally, and financially to take care of all that You have called each of us to do. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith it is so in Jesus’ name.

I don't know if it has anything to do with it but my mom was never able to lose weight until she divorced my dad and I lost a bunch of weight (though I wasn't fat but now I look like a healthy model) after marrying my wonderful husband

No disrespect but wheat is actually not genetically modified it has been banned in the USA and in other countries we cannot ship or import weeds that have been genetically modified some Farmers have tried to do it and there has been grave consequences so yes are we may not be exactly the same but it is definitely not genetically modified
wheat is gmo. its has been gmo over the years to poison americans.
How is any of this biblical?? In the Bible, the disciples were eating wheat grain without the bran. None of these principles are actually in the Bible and just because you continue to say God's name is still crazy to me.
She said our grandmothers wheat is not today’s wheat. It’s about being mindful and spirit filled with everything you do. We can eat whatever we want at the end of the day but we also have to face the consequences that come with it I.e illnesses bc processed foods are not natural to our digestive system
the wheat from biblical times was actually spelt, einkorn and emmers. the wheat now is gmo and conventional. do your research!
