My greatest weaknesses are sustainability and consistency. I enjoy myself when I start to exercise but, for some reason, after a week or a month in of my exercise journey, my motivation to exercise just plummets and I stop exercising. I am hoping this would help me lose weight and keep me in line.
I have too many weaknesses to mention. I am on a journey to get my body to move the way it used to. I guess side planks for sure would be a huge weakness. I have been doing Supernatural fir 28 weeks now. It has helped me to feel much better but now I need my strength built up.
In fitness, I believe my weakness is the sustainability of the workout. For some reason, I can't keep exercising even if I know it is good for me. I have bought so much fitness stuff and it just ends up in the closet collecting dust. I am hoping this VR workout would help with that.
Thanks for the great video Ari. Keep up the good work! Regarding my biggest weakness, this is clearly flexibility. Not only do I struggle to bend my body towards a level that is relatively accessible by an average person, but if I try too hard I end up getting cramps on the body part that I am attempting to stretch... this sucks big time and severely hinders my progress (but I keep trying)!
Consistency with general fitness has always been a struggle for me, I haven't stuck with anything long enough to actually see the benefit of it 😔 But hey, I'm hoping to change that 💪 So glad to see you back dude! You're killing it 🎉
Great video Ari and congrats on living the RUclips Dream! Mobility is my biggest weakness especially in the neck/upper back and hips. Spent way to much time seated playing flatscreen games so these are two areas I'm focusing on in both my VR and IRL workouts.
my weakness i feel is solo motivation to be honest. i fatigue fast alone. but when with others or mildly distracted i just dont think about it i guess. physically its probably squats and flexibility. ive never been able to flat foot squat to full depth. or hold full depth for a useful period of time for things like work. which honestly can be embarrassing, opting to sit all the way down to do something small vs just squat is a sure way to make yourself feel lazy
Push ups for me as well. My wrists have always felt weak so I have these elastic things that I use to strengthen them and my forearms. This is the first video that I see from you so I guess the algorithm from the likes no comments is working haha You’ve got yourself a new subscriber!
Will give it a try if i ever buy a quest device. For me the best workout is powerbeats vr with my 400 top trance songs, at expert all high bpm and 1.5kg wrist bands in a fasted state first thing in the morning. And the best diet 20g total carb, 20g total fat and the rest of the bucket protein arround 250g for a total 1500cal in a 20/4 intermitent fasting windows. Suplements: caffeine, multi vitamin whey and cassein
My biggest weakness that I won't count as the answer is that I'm at an age when decline in many aspects of fitness accelerates unless you make a serious effort to counteract it. Since I think I have a handle on cardio fitness with several VR apps (and my rower), it's going to be between strength and flexibility. Narrowing it down to one small thing, I'm going to go with core strength. Even the full-body strength training workout I was recently given at the nearby gym (covered by my health insurance!), I feel my core still isn't getting as good a workout as other muscles. I really have to also resist the tendency to poor posture, and I know a strong core would help that. You're right, I'm no fan of subscriptions, but I've wish-listed this app. It looks like it has a lot of variety. I especially liked where you mentioned the random generated workout that you could save if you like. I'm big on competing with myself. I get a lot of satisfaction at physical improvements at an age when decline is far more common. Good question!
What Ari I think did not mention is that you actually don't need to subscribe is you are using it in addition to other workouts or you are just starting out because you get a free 8 minute daily workout that resets every 24 hours. You will not have all the features you saw but 8 minutes of XRWorkout a day is already quite that achievement.
Amazing content as ever! Have to give this another go, tried it out a year or so back and I just enjoyed other fitness games more. Its got to be going out for a run - running in a team sport or an activity is fine and motivating but keeping myself entertained while out on a run is my weakness.
Great video! My weakness is somewhat complex. I have Ulcerativfe Colitis, which causes fatigue, and as a young idiot with asthma, I smoked for years. Thank god I don't do that anymore, but it makes everything harder. Even getting out to a gym is difficult with the colitis, so VR workouts has been a savior. I'm on meds that make losing weight very difficult, so if you recommend this, I'm excited to try it out. But yeah, Burpees. Burpees kill me.
I've been obese my entire life, and now at 25 i'm realizing if I don't correct the ship and build a healthy and active lifestyle that I can maintain into my 30s, my health is going to be in serious trouble. Thanks to this channel, I researched some VR fitness options and ultimately landed on Supernatural which has really helped at least incorporate cardio into my weight loss regimen. But I do think it really hasn't helped me put on muscle and build any really strength, and I think this is my greatess weakness. I've never had a strong upper body and I've never been able to do a pull-up or a set of unmodified pushups. I hope one day within the next 5 years to have changed that.
My weakness is probably also push ups. My upper body strength isn't as good as my lower body. I tried this app some a while back so I'll have to try it again after my daughter is born (due in just a few weeks!)
My weakness is, and has always been, upper body strength. It's actually pitiful, and I never stick to a weight program long enough to really improve. The only workout I've stuck with that helps a tiny bit is hot yoga (there are times I have to hold myself up but not a whole bunch). This game looks cool and really challenging. 😅

My weakness is a bad ankle, so I have to try to get as much of a workout as I can while sitting. I do stand to workout, but can't really last more than ten minutes before I have to get off my ankle. As far as why they changed it from VR to XR, I'd guess it has to do with future plans. Augmented Reality is a growing sector, so XR covers both AR and VR.
You are absolutely right, due to the mixed reality aspect we already wanted to make it clear that it can be more than just fully immersive VR but we are constantly looking for upcoming devices that may be even better suited for fitness
My weakness is definitely keeping up the motivation/dedication to keep going. I go through phases of doing loads of exercises, but then if i miss some time it's really hard to get back to the routine. XR fitness is great but i find the weight of the headset (quest 3) isn't great for some of the exercises. It will really come into its own when we get lighter headsets

Oh gosh - Burpees. Burpees are my biggest weakness. And 99% of that weakness comes directly from Navy boot camp - my RDC would announce "Burpees forever!" and we'd do them for what felt like hours. And during it we had to listen to Barry Manilow for some reason. Which probably explains why I still fee the need to workout whenever time I hear "Copacabana"...
Consistency - I'll work out great for 4-8 weeks, but a work trip, vacation, or cold, just knock me out of my loop and then it's 2-3 months before I get back into it.
My weakness would be when I come home from work, I already feel pretty exhausted. I pay all the bills at home. I work a hard job outside. I love VR, but I don't usually get on till it's my weekend. I got through a knee injury about a year and a half ago. Since then I've noticed I also feel more stiff. I need to start pushing back. My knee is healed, but I've noticed loss in flexibility, and in strength.I just need to get more motivated... It's my fault, and I know it.
Any game that makes me do burpees is something I will avoid like the plague. I love Holofit and Racket Club for fitness but if I do burpees my heart rate hits almost max immediately and I start having panic attacks. I envy people who can do burpees.
I have a hard time focusing on my legs. I do a 3 mile walk weekdays and on the weekends 6 miles. Besides Les Mills and Oh-Shape. I was looking for something a little more challenging.
Consistency. Love to work out. Don't mind the work. But, getting started, and working at it consistently trips me up. Need to keep to the routine. Oh, and burpees. I recognize the value and results from them, but they don't like me.

If I can gamify the activity I can do most exercises the day of... However, the day after makes me dread doing it again Also doing exercise alone sux
My weakness is losing weight, i try to keep it consistent and i had to stop my VR workout streak for a week and it sucked losing my streak but my main problem is losing extra fat. I alos absolutely suck at pull uos i can do lots of push ups but no pull ups.(and BTW my VR workout is Punch Fit, Creed, Fit XR, And Thrill of the Fight.)
But After thinking a little more consistency can also be an issue, Because if i miss one day or decide not to do it i just slow down and lose consistency and my streak.
Sit ups are my weakness they say use your stomach muscles but no I got to use my neck then my neck is killing me really fast then let's not talk about about keeping your feet on the ground part
My fitness weakness: functional exercises that require the balance-strength combo. I can do weights, some body weight stuff (not pushups - ugh). I can do a headstand and a yoga tree pose, walk a a balance beam, a pretty dive. But I'm screwed if I have to combine strength and balance. Slowly tipping over during a forward lunge or side plank is dammed embarrassing. Rather than avoid them, I'd like to improve.
I have a surgery upcoming that I have to lose weight for. This would be a cool tool to help get there. As far as weaknesses go, I am HORRENDOUS with endurance! I always have been. I would love to gradually overcome this weakness.
Pull ups is my weakness I wish they would give you more time to switch positions if I have to go from standing to push ups I'm very slow at it due to age and minor lower back problems. They have a PC version called VR workout but hasn't been updated in ages.
You are absolutely right, the PC version is leagues behind. We are currently working on the HTC standalone build and bringing all the new features to the PCVR version as well is on our todo list
I’m in my 50’s and I always listen to your videos when it comes to workout apps. My weakness is always my endurance, so hopefully with this app this changes. Thank you for always trying to review every fitness app objectively. More power to you!
@@asval1130 congratulations! You are the chosen one! I’d like to give you a lifetime membership to XRworkout. To claim this, email me at ari@revolutionfitfactory.com - thanks for your comment and let’s crank your endurance to a whole new level!
@@osvaldoflores5554 Sorry, what I meant was, this is your entry into the giveaway, to make sure you are part as well since only the comments that mentioned the personal weakness are part of the draw and I wanted to make sure yours doesn't fall through the cracks
Sorry I comment too early ... My weakness are, like you, pushups. But also ... my wallet is almost empty after helping my family because of a fire that burned up the property. I know this is very personal, but is a sad true. The game is very good. I know the game since the ugly starting graphics and enjoy free version every time I can. Thanks. And sorry for the long comment.
My weakness has always been balance. I’m 45 and have lost over a 100lbs on two occasions in my life, but for the life of me, my balance has always been a challenge. I constantly struggle with doing lunges and am willing to do whatever ever it takes to finally improve.
My weakness is social anxiety about working out in a gym. As an older gamer who is looking at retiring next year, I need to find a way to keep up my level of physical activity without going to work every day. Not wanting to look like a joke as an old guy working out at a gym, a VR fitness workout is what I need. Physically, endurance is probably my biggest weakness, from years at a desk job are a fairly sedentary life style.
My weakness is motivation. I don’t enjoy exercising for the sake of exercising. The only time I enjoy exercise is when I’m distracted with the activity that is giving me a workout, like playing some sports, or gaming. Even then I have found the novelty of most fitness games (even in VR) wears off pretty quickly if the game is too repetitive/doesn’t evolve with me. This game sounds like it might scratch that itch and evolve with me. Looking forward to giving it a try! Great review, thank you!
My weakness is definitely mindset because that can tend to affect me physically. I am 57 years old with a health challenge currently limiting my outdoor access and messing with my belief and faith that I can overcome it and that there really is radiant health in my future. VR has already played a big role and I so love it and I do the usual round of apps at least once a day to meet my current fitness goals. I've already lost 20 lbs in the past few months but many more to go but I so appreciate having found your channel as it's informative as well as entertaining for learning how to use VR to the best possible advantages in terms of exercise!
I’ve struggled with chronic pain for over 20 years and down every pain management course going- they all talk about building exercise into your life and that’s my weaknesses- I find it hard to consistently exercise partly because of pain and partly because I can’t find the enjoyment- I just bought a quest 3 with the hopes I’ll be able to build enjoyable exercise into my life , the hope then will be to build this to more challenging routines to get into a bit of shape since pain and meds have meant I’ve recently put on more weight than I’m comfortable with- so yeah consistency is my weakness
This looks cool. I tried to have fitness in my hobbies. Yardwork, rebounder, dancing while doing chores, using kinect to play games. I have weights, a pull bar, stretch bands. but the hard part is, it's already hard to keep a routine when life and work is chaotic, but then I went and developed intractable migraines that just come whenever they feel like, neck problems that make turning my head slightly a gamble on whether I'll get stabbed in the head with lightening pain, and stroke like symptoms that just turn up out of the blue for no apparent reason. I've tried to keep exercising like before but migraines made sunshine dangerous, neck stuff made moving dangerous, and hemiparesis just made moving hard. I LOVE to put on music and just move around to the beat. I can't help it. I can have NO music on and I'll just be jiggling in my chair to the music in my head. Despite this, I still can't seem to get off this 40 lbs of Rx steroid weight from treatment years ago. I've been looking at games that are fun and help me keep active. If it's not fun, it's hard to keep motivated to do it. No Pain no gain? Yeah, Pain Sucks, Pain is only a motivator to STOP doing something, I need a motivator to DO stuff that and be distracted by the fun instead of the discomfort.
The game feels good but the problem is that the implementation seems not accurate to me. What I need usually is a lot of precision and gamification to keep going.
My weakness in fitness is getting started and then once I start I feeling like I can't breath just when I want to continue working out. Thank goodness, at least with VR you can do it at home and most of the time no one else has to watch you. I also feel insecure exercising at gyms and fitness centers with intimidating exercise machines that are confusing and other people watching you or it's just a me thing where I compare myself to others. There's my therapy session for you.
My weakness is pushups, but at a deeper level, the vicious cycle of missing a workout, feeling bad that I didn’t workout, then missing more days still feeling bad, then finally getting back to it and feeling ‘behind’ because some gains have been lost. I tell folks “sweat is a great substitute for tears” and it is… it’s been great for me in recovering physically and emotionally.
My weakness is that I keep looking for external motivations instead of internal. Im in it for devices and equipment and consumerism instead of actually try to get healthy and live a better and longer life. f me
First time viewer here. Never heard of this game. I've tried a few fitness based games on the meta quest 3 I do find them fun, but being my weakness I find that I lose motivation to stick with any form of fitness.
My weakness is staying consistent with workouts got bored of conventional stuff like gym so I tried the parks as I worked from home and got kinda awkward that was great for a year but was not it after a year then recently I bought the quest 3 and been having so much fun with games like pistol whip creed and stuff like that I was sweating like crazy I tried this game the demo and was awesome however the liftime access would be great so I could work on abs ext and push-ups That would be nice 💪🏽
Subscribed due to a 3 year old video I just watched on Supernatural. Weakness is simply staying motivated and realizing I’m older and I just can’t do what I did 15 years ago. Just getting into VR as a supplement to my working out. One thing I’ve learned about myself is I need change to keep motivated to keep doing something to stay somewhat healthy, still overweight though at 5’6 and 170 pounds. Married, kids and getting old it’s hard as heck to loose it … again. Love the video and I’ll continue to dig deeper. Oh, a video idea if you haven’t thought of it, or done jt (just subscribed) is to try one app one month, or two and then switch it up, try another and bounce around if that is what it takes to keep engaged and fresh, works for me for when it comes to non VR exercise 😅

My weakness is boredom, consistency, consistency, motivation. When fitness gets too repetitive, I tend to get bored and slack off. Next thing u know, it's been a couple weeks since I've been in the quest to work out. Supernatural has kept me around the longest due to the music, but I even take breaks from that.
My weakness has always been pull ups . I wa overweight growing up and always felt the shame of having to do thise " presidnetial medal of fitness " event and hanging helplessly on tbe pull up bar. End of high school i lost avout 25 lbs and started weight lifting and was able to get myself to doing a handful at a time but still a serious weainess
My weakness is... fun! I can hike or bike all day long (when then weather's nice), because I enjoy those things. But put me in a gym and I'll be walking out within 15 minutes. I need something fun to hold my attention. I can enjoy Beat Saber, Synth Riders, and Thrill of the Fight because they're games. "Hold this plank for 90 seconds?" Screw that! "Dodge mines for 90 seconds?" I'm all in!
i started running last october and i would say my biggest weakness is cardio and i also am not very good with push ups hahaha!!! im doing my first half marathon in october this year and i aim to do a full in october 2025.
I hate working legs. I have an amazing V shaped body but that’s because my shoulders are wide and my skinny legs are pencil thin. I should probably be tipping over when I walk.

My weakness is pushups too, im really heavy and my arms cannot hold .
Consistency to keep at it!
Sit ups are my weakness they say use your stomach muscles but no I got to use my neck then my neck is killing me really fast then let's not talk about about keeping your feet on the ground part
@@wesleybales9553 abs are my weakness as well. Mostly because i love food too much.
My weakness is consistency. I need to do a strenuous workout on a regular basis.
It's single leg bench bodyweight squats for me
@@Padybu oooo gotta love a good pistol squat!
I have a surgery upcoming that I have to lose weight for. This would be a cool tool to help get there. As far as weaknesses go, I am HORRENDOUS with endurance! I always have been. I would love to gradually overcome this weakness.
Pull ups is my weakness
I wish they would give you more time to switch positions if I have to go from standing to push ups I'm very slow at it due to age and minor lower back problems.
@@FitProVR thank you so much for this opportunity to level up my fitness regime
Not sure if this counts my weakness is keeping protein intake up when I am trying to diet.
Oh I hear you. I am a vegetarian and on a pretty strict diet, getting all the needed protein is a tough fitght
My weakness legs are my legs. But honestly the main weakness is motivation start to finish.
My weakness is running. I really hate running
Pull ups! Never been good at them
@@cjwoolf the worst!!
Push up. I just can't do it D:
@@koalajoe i can do like ten but that’s about it
My weakness is regeneration. I don't rest enough.
@@jw73PL i feel that
I have the free test version and it is really amazing. Sadly I cant afford a subsciption. Good videos by the way. Thanks for your content.
So one could say your temporary weakness is not having access to the pro version ?
@@XRWorkout Yes. Because I am focused on help my family here to recover because of the fire I mentioned in my other comment.
@@osvaldoflores5554 Sorry, what I meant was, this is your entry into the giveaway, to make sure you are part as well since only the comments that mentioned the personal weakness are part of the draw and I wanted to make sure yours doesn't fall through the cracks
@@XRWorkout oh, thanks. No is not, it is just a comment. I have another comment with my weakness.
Weakness: remembering to recharge the headset, losing that impulsive moment of motivation to do great workout..
@@Simon-iq1yl that’s the WORST
My weakness is consistency.
@@DaAwesomeSubscriber but you’re definitely an awesome subscriber!
My weakness has always been balance. I’m 45 and have lost over a 100lbs on two occasions in my life, but for the life of me, my balance has always been a challenge. I constantly struggle with doing lunges and am willing to do whatever ever it takes to finally improve.
My weakness is that I am new to fitness and have hurt myself a lot in the past. That has always stopped me in the past.
Had this on my list to try but completely forgot about it. has customization options including music? count me in to try it this week
@@Runny117 yup you can just add you tube links on the portal and it comes up on a playlist of music. So good.
My weakness is jumping. My knees are bad from an old injury. And the extra weight makes it hard.
Haven't played it in a while it just seems like it's not for extremely overweight people
@@adamstevens829 actually it can be! You can filter out a lot of the movements that you can’t do!
Thanks for the coverage and honest feedback Ari 💪
The game feels good but the problem is that the implementation seems not accurate to me. What I need usually is a lot of precision and gamification to keep going.
My weakness is my stress/anxiety levels will often throw whatever fitness routine I'm trying to adhere to right out the window.
Still love how genuine and real all your videos are. Keep at it!
It’s mikes bday btw, awesome bday prez
@@AlexAzzi timing was pretty good then :)
My weakness is staying motivated to be consistent. I'm trying to get my wife and I into VR workout to be motivated to be consistent.
My weakness is staying consistent with workouts got bored of conventional stuff like gym so I tried the parks as I worked from home and got kinda awkward that was great for a year but was not it after a year then recently I bought the quest 3 and been having so much fun with games like pistol whip creed and stuff like that I was sweating like crazy I tried this game the demo and was awesome however the liftime access would be great so I could work on abs ext and push-ups
That would be nice 💪🏽

My weakness has always been sticking to working out more than a week.
I don’t like strength training so if this makes it fun, I’m in
I'd say my weakness is sprinting, squats, push-ups and literally terrified of jumping with a headset on. I hope the lifting gets better, that would awesome.
@@CatsInVR jumping is surprisingly easy with it if you have a good headstrap.
@@FitProVR I think the thought of it scares me because I can't see my soundings, on the other hand I got over my fear of heights in VR (at least in VR) :)
Motivation and consistency for me - I have a couple of days of migraines and then find it hard to go back to it, but I really need to get fit!
