  • Egoscue Colorado has been helping me to reduce the nerve pain I’ve been feeling for the past 6 to 8 weeks. For the first week this routine is what I did three times a day. This is my second week doing Egoscue, and I do this routine in the morning and a different routine at lunchtime and before bed. If you have been following along and you know that my microdiscectomy on my L5S1 was a success and eight months post op I started having nerve pain and severe pain in my piriformis and my hip.     Me over here doing these and I’m dog sitting at my moms and alll of the dogs were all up in my business 😂 these dogs are big! Thanks for sharing

      Get the book: Pain Free by Pete Egoscue. Also know that my body is different than yours and these Ecises are tailored to my specific problems. Currently we are working on my right knee because it rotates very far inward which it’s shouldn’t be doing. And we are also working on my pelvis because in my case it isn’t rotated forward enough. Every body will require different movements. But the book covers many of them.
