I can speak from experience that if you actually stay super consistent and work hard and train hard, for me it’s roughly 3 days a week weight training and 1 2 hr soccer sesh on the weekends and I was able to put on roughly 7 lbs and a lot of it seems like muscle mass so it’s very possible. Stay consistent, push yourselves a little, and fuel your body don’t deprive it and you’ll see results in a few months
@@willcozens mainly egg whites or a few whole eggs, pieces of Turkey bacon or ham in the mornings with 2 cups of coffee, a protein shake in the afternoon after my workouts, usually a can of tuna or salmon with half a sweet potato at lunch with some spinach or zucchini. Then at night some sort of chicken or steak or fish with 1/2 sweet potato again or some rice with another vegetable. Also I should specify that I didn’t put on the 7 pounds in a few months. It took about 6 months to go from around 127/128 lbs to 134-135 lbs
big guys like thor are not they only ones on gear, people may not realize but a lot of small dudes also use gear just to look "average" and they are esp sus when you see these crazy transformations going from basically a dad bod to shredded
Worse? He looks like a guy who was in prison for a little while and got in shape without it being his priority. A natural athletic body looks like that. Thor is a god. Nobody, especially Ant Man, is supposed to look like him.

Agree! Just because Paul Rudd is a lot smaller than Chris Hemsworth doesn’t mean he’s natty!
Cap and Thor have obviously used 💉
Yeah, both very jacked, especially Thor!
Age like fine wine
Good genetics, movie star genetics or time travel!?
He is natural and has great abs. Most of marvel actors have used steroids that’s why he thinks he looks worse.
