It depends eh, if you want real adventure, you go with cruise. But if you really wanna make a lot of your time in a place, you should go by air. Kasi sa cruise, you'd only be able to roam around a certain place or country within hours as you'd spend a lot of your time traveling from point-to-point. But if you go by air, you'd get to spend a lot of your time to really indulge the place. I'd still think that cruise is the most worthy of your money in terms of getting tangible things/experience. But by air, you feed your emotion, soul, etc. as you get to enjoy most of the intangible things that you'd surely love to reminisce after.
You cannot get the same exact laugh over an event. But you can enjoy the same exact taste of a steak over and over again. (this is not applicable to those who really love cruising)
If I may add, cruiselines have something called Guarantee Rooms. Guaranteed na yung cruise mo although hindi mo pa malalaman kung anong cabin number mo until close to your departure date. This is usually cheaper compared to getting a room na may naka-assign na na cabin.
I would advise against a guarantee room sa mga taong seasick since wala silang option mamili ng rooms nila on their own.
Sana may local cruise din sa Pinas, like 3-4 days Manila-Palawan-Boracay.
May plan po ang Star Cruises na ganyan before. They were about to launch in 2020 tapos biglang nag-pandemic. Tapos ayun, nawala na.
Mahirap mag barko sa Pinas..lulubog. unorganized!

@@thepoortraveler I did some research and it looks like the Star cruise ships were sold and/or scrapped 😭😭😭 . We were planning pa sana sa itinerary Mila ma may Japan port of call. Yung mother company Genting Hong Kong naluge. Kahit Yung Dream cruise line nilawas restructured. Now operated by Resorts World Cruises out of Singapore

I love doing cruises and I had been, 10 years na po akong nag kocruises. I suggest if you want to go cruise to any countries example Singapore 🇸🇬 book one day to a hotel and stay there for a day, this way you have time to relax and explore the city, I do this all the time like this year I just back from Viking cruise in Europe, we stayed in Amsterdam for a day so I would have time to explore the city, then next morning I catched my ship at very early time.

I’m a new subscriber🇵🇭🇺🇸. Maganda at ginhawa ang mag travel by cruise. Isa pa makakatipid ka sa accommodation and meal they’re included compare to traveling by land. At night after dinner you can go straight for a night show or play in the casino if they’re available on the ship. Some ships a laundromat are available for extended cruise ( 14 to 17 days ) or you can avail their laundry service for a fee. If you’re into dancing there’s always a place where you can do your dancing tricks with you’re partner or if you’re into linedancing they’ve got that too. There’s so many things in the cruise that you’ll enjoy while the ship is on their way to another port. We’ve travel practically to every Carribean islands on a cruise, the Scandinavian cruise and the Mediterranean cruise and definitely enjoy it. One thing I can tell you, don’t ever get a voyage during the typhoon season, hurricane or cold season, it’s cheaper but you’re not gonna enjoy your vacation. Bon voyage and enjoy!

@@minarii111 some countries do need a visa. If you’re carrying a Philippine passport you might have to get a visa before leaving the Philippines especially if the cruise destination were in Europe, Mediterranean, US, Canada or South America. My caution to every cruise passenger NEVER take any cruise that you might experience hurricane or unforgiving weather, waste of money and preparation. Normally it’s affordable but you’ll suffer the consequences, not worth it. It’s better to shed some extra 💰for a peace of mind.

Worth it ang cruise esp pag family na may bagets na laging gutom and di stressful sa parents. Sa hilo naman, maalon kapag December pero pag April or May di masyado. Para hindi mahilo sa cruise, magbook ng room sa gitna ng barko. Malaking tulong din ang pagkain ng green apples, kaya maraming green apples kang makikita sa mga kainan.

Hello! Can I know the dress code? I've read and watched videos na need daw na may formal clothes ka for some days/nights or kapag may pupuntahan ka na event. TIA!
You forgot to mention an additional expense….gratuities. Presently, it is automatically charged to your cabin at 16.00 USD/day/pp (not sure how much for Singapore cruises. 18% is also added each time you ordered extra cost drinks and food, like in specialty restaurants.
In Singapore, gratuities are prepaid. It is already included in the booking.
Although there’s additional expenses for gratuities it’s not bad to treat an extra tip to the person cleaning your room and fixing your bed. Additional expense will not break your bank since you’re able to afford the cruise anyway, most especially if it’s kababayan at the receiving end.
@Marcelo Cayetano, Yep! We do leave tips in our room din before leaving. But what we want to present in the video is the minimum that one may expect to spend on the trip. It's still up to them if they want to tip more, avail of a beverage package, go on a shorex, or eat at specialty restos. :)

Hello po.. iba po ang price per person at total for 2 person.. tas pag may kasamang bata atleast 12yrs old wala pong bayad kundi yung tax at gratuities po.. pero napansin ko lang po. Mas mataas ang singil.. diko rin po alam kung bakit😅..at pag 2 person lang po ang price is also per person.. sample po per person 4nights asia $315+$49 tax+$79 gratuities.. yan po lahat nang babayaran per person 😅 X2 po=$886 po.. at ang down payment is $200 po.. after 20 days pay the full po.. yun po ang Royal Caribbean International 4nights 5days Singapore to penang & port klang..😅...
