About SIM, mas mura ang AIS which is available lang sa Pinas. Gamit po yan ng mga seaman. Meron din Airalo na E-Sim. Halos same price lang sa AIS. Worldwide pareho ang SIM.

We have a problem about check in because me and my wife both have free cruise ang kasama niya sa room yung pinsan ko sa akin naman ay yung asawa ng pinsan ko now pag embark namin yung pinsan ko at asawa niya ang magkasama sa room now we need to declare o submit ng credit card namin but the charge always by room siguro sa port of Vancouver na kami mag check in to resolve this issue

kakatapos lang din namin mag cruise with the whole family. 6 days naman amin and 5 nights, Sg to Klang to Penang to Thailand and back to SG. That was June 12-June17 kakauwi lang namin nung Sunday kasi nag stay pa kami sa SG ng one night

BTW, we’re travelling this April 27th, SG-Penang-Phuket-SG too. Question sa travel insurance. It’s kinda confusing when it comes to destination. Manila-SG-Manila lang ba need na i-declare? 🙃

Hi! I think when I booked with Klook, I entered in the pickup field: Patong Boat Pier (Royal Caribbean Cruise). We met the driver right in front of the jetty, close to Liv Hotel Patong. (Took us a minute to see him because it was pretty crowded that time.)

I believe it's per device but you can share. Yun nga lang, kung one device yung package mo, pag mengumagamit, di ka makakagamit.

OK lang po yun. 12pm din po pinili namin. Pero 10:30 din po kami dumating, nakapasok din po kami agad sa terminal and nakapag-drop ng baggage and nakapag-check in. Pero yung boarding mismo, 11:30 na kami pinasampa ng barko.
sa online check-in namin for our april 27 cruise, ang earliest time remaining is 2pm-2:30pm. what will happen if we go there earlier than that ? say 11:30 nandun na kami. will we have to wait before being processed until 2pm? no chance that we can board before 2pm ? thanks.
Ay, si Vins same situation. 2pm/2:30pm ang pinili nya, pero napaaga ang dating nila ng parents n'ya. Dumating sila ng 10:30am and nagtry na sya pumasok sa terminal pero hindi sila pinayagan. Almost 12pm na sila pinapasok kasi pinrioritize muna ung mga nasa time slots na 'yun.
Ako kasi (Yosh), 12pm ang pinili ko pero pinapasok na kami ng parents ko sa terminal ng 10:30am.
Pwedi po bang ako mismo nalang mag dala ng luggage ko sa barko? Wala kasing kasamang luggage tags sa tickets na nasend nila.
Hi Diane! Meron po 'yang luggage tags, double check n'yo lang po. You can also log in sa Royal Caribbean website and makikita n'yo po dun ung link to your luggage tags that you can print out.
Hindi dapat icompare ung sim sa Voom. Baka kasi isipin ng viewers nyo pag nag avail ng Voom na mahal. May signal sila kahit wala sa barko.
Hi ask ko po if worth it po ba ang pag purchase ng "the key" we have a scheduled cruise on jan. 2024, and nag iisip po ako to purchase the key or not because ill be travelling with my 2 kids. Thank you.
Share ko lng mga na research ko. If you're planning to buy their voom internet anyway, no brainer, you should get the key. Included na kasi 2 devices internet when you get the key as well other perks that the key offers. And if you do decide to buy do it agad, mabilis sya ma fully booked. I learned that the hard way. Although medyo magastos in your case kasi Kasama kamo Yung 2 kids mo sa room, I think you have to pay for all 3 passengers, meaning if the key is $20 for example, you'd be paying $60 total. But don't qoute me on that. It's always better if you contact Royal Caribbean directly to know for sure. Sana makatulong.

Hi! I saw in your website that you need to have a credit card or $150 upon check-in to be linked to your SeaPass. Just wanna ask if this is mandatory for all passengers including teens/kids? Cus like some of my adult fam members arent planning on doing any onboard expenses.

Hi, usually we send edocs prior sailing and it has your luggage tag po. Kapag nag check-in ka po may option din po doon to print luggae tag. Kung wala ka pa pong edocs you may call us to resend it. Also kung wala ka talaga on port din po bibigyan ka ng tag.
