Hello, Alex! Can I ask you some questions about open a med spa business in Florida? Owners of the spa are none- residents and already have a cosmetology salon. What steps we need to take to legally open a spa with a full range of services. Do we have to purchase an insurance for a company or only on the doctor? Do the company need an establishment license like for the massage therapy service or the license of a practicing physician is going to be enough? Can we hire a doctor on Form W-2, not as an independent contractor? Thank you for help!
