  • A groundbreaking study reveals that the over-the-counter supplement nicotinamide riboside can significantly improve walking ability in patients with peripheral artery disease (PAD). Participants in a six-month trial experienced a remarkable increase in walking distance, while those taking a placebo saw a decline. This affordable and accessible supplement offers new hope for millions living with this debilitating condition, potentially revolutionizing treatment options.

A very informative video. I will give this a try to see how the Nicotinamide Riboside reacts to my body because at 83 years of age, I still work out with weights for 90 minutes daily and I may be able to feel if the nicotinamide riboside helps me in any way.
