@@bobjohnson1096 I had that question and a few others, too, so I watched the Florencio Files from the beginning. In, like, #1 or #2 or #3 or something, I came across a brief moment when he talked about some various nerdy-sounding names of nerdy, unpopular kids in middle school who got wedgied, face-flushed and ear-wet-fingered and so on by athletic, popular kids named "Chad." Afaict that's when he started calling them "Chad rays."

For all the comments about florencio having changed and betrayed his roots, I'm pretty sure this game is older than most of the others in the series so it's actually showing the genesis of his style before it was refined into its current form.
Also I'd guess the lack of hydra range was because this was before the upgrades were split up? It's really weird watching old games through the lens of the current patch but it's kind of cool to realise how much the game has evolved in the past year.

I honestly like to use non-warp gateways so I can queue up a bunch of units and move on to other things, rather than always watching the warp-in cooldown.

I'm honestly so confused as to how Florencio wins matches. His micro is usually pretty bad, his macro is probably low gold tier, and in this particular game, he didn't even really cheese

Florencio is like an AI that didn't need ~7008000 games(if they all lasted 15 minutes) to "learn" how to protoss... which is to say spam stalkers and blink-rape... okay, the analogy is bad, he's actually capable of learning and innovating as well as optimising.
I'm seriously confused why DeepMind decided to make an AI not only in the easier SC, but also specialised in the race with the most op unit for an AI in the entire game. We get it, an AI can micro individual blinks like an AI, how about it shows some strategic prowess? Oh wait, it can't yet, because all it did the entire 200 years worth of cycling was target-fire with a stalker ball that it splits sometimes and is now easily abused. Great flipping job.
